I have been going to see Dr. Hii for over 6 years now whenever I travel and have always found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough and professional and I would highly recommend him. I am always confident that I am receiving great care and only getting the vaccinations and medications that are needed for the destination that I am travelling to, which have included Africa. His assistant, Linda, is also very professional, helpful and a pleasure to speak with.

I visited this clinic prior to taking a trip to a few different cities in South/South East Asia. I found Dr. Hii to be very informative and to the point. He provided us with a lot of information as to what to expect when visiting the cities, what to avoid and how to mitigate the risk of getting sick. As I attended the appointments understanding that he is not my family physician and that I don’t have to give him every detail of my life, I greatly appreciated the efficiency of his manner and the speed with which everything was done. I was in and out in record time, which was fantastic considering the appointments were in the middle of busy workdays. His staff were also extremely pleasant! I’m no expert in vaccines but I trusted the doctor’s recommendations and didn’t catch so much as a sniffle during my travels. Highly recommend!

I've been to this clinic twice for various travel related vaccines. I've always had a pleasant experience. The receptionist is always a pleasure to talk to on the phone and in person - it makes quite the difference when the staff is friendly in a medical environment. Dr. Hii is also really knowledgeable about the requirements in all the different countries when it comes to vaccines - he may even have some great food advice too. Definitely worth going to if you need any vaccines or travel or other ones like Hep A and B.

Dr. Hi is extremely knowledgeable and very generous with his time.He doesn't skip even a minuscule detail that you need to know during your trip.He is fun to talk to and his staff are very helpful.His nurse has very skillful. I did not even feel the needles.I definitely reccomend Dr. Hi.

I met Doctor Hii about 1 month before leaving on a long backpacking trip. Dr Hii saw me under very short notice, and even took the personal touch of calling and leaving voicemails on my cellphone to make sure I had the right documents with me prior to our appointment. When we began the consultations, he was very knowledgeable about the areas I was going, and even knew enough to provide general travel advice about cool places to check out/ common routes that people take. He provided me with all the recommended vaccines, gave travel health advice for each country, and also updated my Ontario Yellow Vaccine card. I would recommend Dr. Hii for travel medical services.

I have been a patient with Dr Hii for 8 years and found his services always great. He's very knowledgeable and advised me well on my trips to Asia. He can be a bit moody and impatient at times, but that did not bother me much. However, he now implemented a new way to manage his appointments. The go through an outside phone service and they will give you reminder calls" (I like to refer to them as nanny calls). The bad thing: if you don't respond

I highly recommend Dr. Hii and his lovely staff. I’m quite surprised at the negative reviews as I’ve consistently had a good experience at this clinic.During my first visit in 2015, they went above and beyond to help me obtain my immunization history from my childhood school board instead of pushing vaccinations on me blindly. Dr Hii is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, very well versed in even off-the-beaten-path towns and locations. Dr. Hii is very matter of fact and honest about the realities of traveling to certain areas, which I appreciate.I just visited the clinic this week for an upcoming trip and had a great experience, as expected.

What makes Dr. Hii great is that he's a traveller himself, so he's pragmatic and works with your needs and budget - and also gives great travel advice. He keeps up to date on best practices and the latest research (not just the standard protocols")

i have a HUGE fear of needles and they were super awesome, they made me feel calm and relaxed and I was getting 4 needles, so bonus points for being super AWESOME. Dr. Hii was very good, he was very informative and super helpful in providing information for all my up coming trips. He gave great advice and made sure I had all the information to make the decisions for my treatment. A bonus he provides the 10 year yellow fever where as most clinics only give a partial dose.

Dr. Hii’s genuine, approachable, and helpful attitude shines through in the care he provides. Beyond vaccines, he is happy to chat and offer great suggestions for wherever you are traveling. Would highly recommend visiting him for not only vaccines but also for the helpful travel tips!
