Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Rented a car for a week and when I drop off they can’t even drop me back home which is only 6 km away. The customer support representative said that is out off their range for drop off. Will prefer another location next time. Never had this issue when i drop last time.

Rented an intermediate SUV for two weeks at this location. Great service. Our thanks to Laura, service rep who made sure the items that we forgot in the rental upon return were promptly returned to us. Highly recommended for a rental location close to the airport.

It was a pleasant experience renting a car from Enterprise on King Edward street. Everything was smooth, got a free upgrade as the Car I booked was not available. They also gave me a free ride to my work at the time of returning the car.

You can book a car pick up at 12PM Saturday, but they close exactly at 12PM(as they say), and nobody are there even minute after. And support says you should come at least 10minutes before time"

We had a family vacation planned but was almost cancelled when our SUV was damaged by rodents. MPI covered the damage including the loss of use so we had to rent a vehicle from this branch. Their staff Amarjit Singh was very courteous and helpful and really came through for us. He listened to our situation and arranged a very comfortable vehicle for us to use. Our vacation went as planned and we had a great time. We appreciate the prompt, friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend this branch and will definitely use their services again in the future.
