The one star for the patient drivers who deal with stuff! The second star is for the kind staff who work at the downtown terminal. But the stars are only for them. The first blank star is for the late, poorly scheduled busses (especially on Sunday and after 6:00pm). The second blank star is for the poor service and wait times you get when you call the SCTC number. Does it really take half an hour on hold to find out about the lost and found? It was easier and shorter to take the bus downtown and then home. Furthermore, when I question the accuracy of the app and call the phone number, I get more I don't know" "Ummmmm" *hang up sound* than any help. The third empty star is for the impatient and rude drivers blame the riders on being late. Yes

The bus drivers arent what they use to be. They use to helpful, courteous, cheerful n accomodating. Now there argumentative, there rude n quick n eager to pick fights. Not every single bus driver is this way, there are a cpl that are still old school n very nice. But id say 90% are a**holes. Especially a certain bus driver who has the notl niagara college route . I started taking that bus to school over a month ago and i go twice a week, well at least twice a week this bus driver starts a fight or is extremely rude. Sorry for ghe rant but its true!

It's a busy bus station, with local buses, Regional Transit, Megabus, Greyhound and other occasional bus companies. Saw one from New York State two days ago! That was a first.

When there on time not to bad i just hate when they leave the terminal late and it happens alot here.

Change routes and remove stops without notifying anyone. I literally got off the bus last night at a stop that is no longer there tonight. When I asked why to the bus driver i was told its been that way for a week at least" lmao no it hadnt :PUpdate: 2 months later lowering to 1 star stop has not been re-added but some will stop others its a hard no. Ridiculous like make up your mind!"

Yes take bus almost 2x daily if not more the bathrooms are dirty and cleaning lady is disrespectful

What a gigantic waste of money. I take the bus one today I got handed a transportation it is completely useless to me. I'm gonna assume I'm in the minority and I don't take public transit often enough to warrant teach for certain reasons and if taking public transit is considered the tax right would be nice to know I can go back 15 to 20 years in me taking the bus and I would need a receipt for every single time I've done it. What a complete and total utter waste of paper.

St Catharines has a wonderful transit system, The drivers are always in check. Thanks guys.

I love the staff that are at the 'bottom'... drivers, terminal, security. All very friendly and helpful people but whoever runs the business in the backround is a joke. Not a single number on their directory answers... not hr manager Melissa, nor genral manager Tim... it's as if the transit doesn't accommodate hundreds/thousands of people daily. Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone outside of the nice ladies at the terminal.

We have the best bus service in the Niagara Region.
