This is the worst clothing factory I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I thought by switching from a Chinese factory to a Canadian factory I would receive better quality and service. It was actually quite opposite.To start, the customer service is terrible. It took them weeks to respond, even after I paid a deposit for my orders. Sometimes they wouldn’t respond at all. The only time they reached out to me was to collect more money.Secondly, they made everything wrong. The products were full of defects with seams falling apart and strings hanging. They even sewed all my labels on crooked. I cannot sell these items. So I asked for them to remake their mistakes, but they refused and just kept my deposit. They expected to force sloppy defective products on me with the cost of “Canadian made” prices. My company has taken a big hit from this.So now they continue to ignore me while keeping thousands of my dollars. I am not sure what else to do but take legal action with this company.I recommend avoiding at all cost. Quality, customer service, and everything is absolutely terrible. They don’t even deserve one star.
