Mom Care Docs

Mom Docs is fantastic choice for pre-natal care! I went to Mom Docs for all 4 of my pregnancies. Each pregnancy was different and they responded to those differences each time. All the doctors were so caring, knowledgeable and empathetic. Appointments were usually right on time and never rushed. You see a variety of doctors throughout your pregnancy but they are very intentional about being up to date on all your information. All of the doctors are exceptional but I especially loved Dr. Krinke!

I do not recommend. Throughout my pregnancy I never saw the same Dr., they always seemed rushed. I had a 4 day back labor experience and felt abandoned, they completely missed a cyst throughout all my checkups which was the cause of inability to have a manual labor. They noticed meconium on day 2 when they broke my water, yet were not concerned. My childs heart rate dropped and I was referred to a specialist on the 4th day for an emergency c-section. I was told by this specialist on my 6 week checkup afterwards that I should have had a c-section on day 1 of labor. I feel like I went through 4 days of torture, hooked up to pitocin at max. It wasnt until a nurse told me on day 4 that I had a voice to tell them to stop trying for manual labor.

Absolutely useless. Won't accept our referral despite being a low risk pregnancy. Given very little information and explanation. These people do not care about clients or their concerns. We still have no OB or care practitioner for our pregnancy. This office has no care for people.

My experience with the Mom Care Team was incredible and I would highly recommend them! I was referred to them by my family doctor, and felt nervous to utilize a ‘team’ as you aren’t guaranteed the same doctor twice. However, the doctors that I met with were very compassionate, took the time to listen and never made me feel rushed, and always provided top notch care. Not only are the doctors wonderful, but the nurses in the clinic and at the hospital. I am looking forward to using them in subsequent pregnancies! Thank you Mom Care Team for the stellar care!

Mom Care is absolutely amazing. I seen them for both of pregnancies and had nothing but pleasant experiences with all staff. They were very transparent about everything and were always available to answer my questions. Dr.Sue actually delivered both of my babies and made the whole process as comfortable and stress free as possible. I highly recommend Mom Care to anyone needing prenatal care.

I was referred to Mom Care Docs by my family physician and I couldn't have received better pregnancy care. It was a pleasure to meet 6 of them and the medical students and residents who work with them during my pregnancy. I had a serious complication after delivery and the care and compassion that my husband and I received at the time and postpartum were unparalleled. I'm so grateful to this amazing team (particularly Dr Kolodenko who delivered my baby) and their colleagues at the Royal Alex for making my first pregnancy care and labor experience nothing but positive. I hope to have them as my doctors for any future pregnancies. You do amazing work!

I was anxious before visiting the clinic as this was my first pregnancy and I didn't know what to expect. My pregnancy journey was pleasant with not only the medical support I received from the clinicians but also their kindness and thoughtfulness.I would like to specifically thank the doctor that I saw most of my visits, Dr. Krinke.

This is my second pregnancy through Mom Care Docs. The care is outstanding and the administrative office is amazing. The appointments are almost always on time. The doctors are all fantastic. The office staff always has everything you need booked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is pregnant and wanting to deliver at the Royal Alex Hospital.

You may see different doc depending on your availability, but everyone knows your condition and can give the same care and advice. The most comfort thing I experienced was, the after hour Doc! It was a life saver for me. It my first pregnancy, so lots of thing could freaking out alone or listen to unprofessional advice who bring your more anxiety, however, because they have on call doc, it sure help me calm down and give me the quick assessment and direction. It helped so much in mental wise!! If you are like me, freak out easily. Anyway, it is a wonderful place for people, maybe that's why it's hard to get in!! Always busy, but worth for the wait!

The receptionist Ruth is horrible. I showed up for my appointment on time but ended up waiting for over an hour until I had to complain. Turns out she let other patients go ahead of me. I’m a pretty patient person and now I regret not complaining earlier enough. I had my toddler and husband waiting in the car outside the whole time and when I told her my situation she wasn’t apologetic but instead blamed it on other patients showing up late. When i finally met the doctor and told her about the situation the doctor immediately apologized (which I know it wasn’t her fault) and told me she doesn’t understand why but Ruth had let another patient go ahead of me. I love the doctors here but Ruth is just so unprofessional.
