Our technician was such a professional young man, he explained everything to me and worked very hard to ensure that we were dust free. We had never gotten the ducts cleaned since we bought the house, so I am confident that it was a lot of work. He had also had to cancel the appointment after me. Thanks again and I will use them next time!! Highly recommend this company and Quinton as a professional technician.

4.5 stars The technician was very good, and answered all my questions. He did, however, miss rechecking one upstairs vent after blowing the forced air - the vent was packed full of toys and garbage. There may still be a few toy blocks and such that I missed pulling out. I may have distracted him with questions?? The furnace hasn't kicked back in yet, so I can't comment on whether this has fixed the 'noises' from the furnace.

Quinton was a great serviceman - pleasant & knowledgeable.I was surprised that the A/C cleaning wasn't included in the price like I had been told on the phone when I called. It was also of interest to me that the company offered dryer vent cleaning, which I accepted from Quinton when it was offered at a fair price.Thank you.

Nick was a little late but had the courtesy to Phone and say so which was a good start. When he got here he was patient explaining everything regarding what I asked to be done and what else he could do. He was kind careful and intent on doing a good job! And he had a great attitude! He cleaned up where he was working nicely and asked if I would do this survey.I would have him again for sure as he explained the details, all of which I did not understand, regarding the electronic filtering system, which I’m interested in having my son hear about that as I might buy it in the future.
