Place is a little tight with displays. Hard to move around. Product is fairly overpriced. Spend $140 on some rhinestone jewelry as they are $30 a pop. Committed and purchased, but can get stuff cheaper elsewhere.

I got my ears pierced with my cousin just last Sunday February 6, the woman who was working their (unfortunately I forgot her name) was very kind and sweet to us, she was the only one working that day running the whole store doing her best, under stressful conditions she still was such a sweetheart and upheld her customer service despite a stressful day, props to her and her amazing work and social ethic:)

I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced on a Monday and the experience was great. I called ahead and they recommended making an appointment on weekends but walking in was fine during the week. My daughter was very nervous and the woman who pierced her ears was great with her. She was professional and thorough with the paperwork and cleaning/disinfecting. When it came time to pierce, she was very fast with the first ear, and wasn't phased by my daughter crying for the second ear. She praised my daughter for a job well done and gave her a treat afterwards. Would recommend Claire's in Southcentre for ear piercing.

My daughter got her ears pierced today by Jess. Let me say, I could not have asked for a more thoughtful person to make this moment so special for my daughter. She not only acknowledged how special this moment was for my girl, but Jess totally owned her role, made my daughter feel safe and comfortable and did such an amazing job. Jess you’re awesome at what you do, thanks!

I got my ears pierced yesterday by Tracey and i must say it was a phenomenal experience! It was my first time piercing my ears as an adult so naturally, i was super nervous but Tracey took her time to make me feel comfortable! She was super friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make my sister and i super happy! Thank you so much , Tracey! Claire’s is Blessed to have you on their team, you are a true gem!

What is it with Claire's locations in Alberta and immediately profiling me as a shoplifter within mere seconds of walking in the store? I've never had an issue with the employees at this franchise until moving to this province. Won't be coming back.
