We had the most amazing experience with this husband and wife team! When we first met for our engagement shoot, we were a little nervous as we had never had professional photos taken before, but they made us feel comfortable and gave us poses that were natural and photographed well. We were extremely happy with the photos, so we booked them for our wedding, and were not disappointed! They were just as amazing to work with on our wedding day, and tried all different kinds of creative shots. Our guests commented on how great they were, but how they also didn’t get in the way, and that you hardly noticed they were there. When we got all the photos back, the only issue was that there were too many good ones to choose from! We had 100’s of amazing photos, and people were raving! Someone said they were the best wedding photos they have ever seen. All that to be said, I definitely recommend them!!!

I personally have worked with Burghouse Photography three times for a surprise proposal, engagement and our wedding day. Don and Jo-Anne were just phenomenal. We had an engagement shoot with them, and their professionalism, style and taste was pretty much the best out of all the various vendors we tried out. They made taking great pictures easy for us, as well as amazing different variations of shots and lighting. Jo-Anne and Don have such an amazing talent when it comes to capturing the best pictures, it's truly a work of art! If you check out their Instagram or website the work just speaks for itself. As we walked around the location of the photoshoot Don would often stop suddenly and call out how beautiful the light is and have us pose for a picture, the end result was stunning and you could really tell these two are cut above any other photographers out there!We had our engagement photos taken by them and the entire process was so fun and easy going. They made us feel relaxed and at ease so all the pictures came out looking so natural and unrigid. I really appreciated all the tips they sent before the photoshoot on how to style and pose. Husband and Wife team Jo and Don photographed my wedding on Saturday...I loved Jo and Don the moment that I met them at the wedding show and then during our consultation-they are so nice and feel like old friends! They are fun, professional, kind, patient, hip, and their work is truly unparalleled-the sent us a lovely “teaser” of 17 pics only the next day after the wedding! We hired Don and Jo to be the photographer team for our wedding this past summer and the whole experience was great! We are so happy with our photos (their style is light and airy and this was exactly what we wanted and what came through in our wedding photos).They were always professional but also friendly and easy to chat with through the wedding planning process.
