As usual helpful and informative. Ken was accommodating we arrived 1/2 hr early. Fixed a broken pair, found a new frame, did all the paperwork. Fast & efficient . Highly recommend

Called with a painful, what I believed, eye emergency. They got me in right away. Within 20 mins I was out the door with zero pain! Ya! Dr. Karen is amazing! All of the staff were amazing! Thanks again to Dr. Karen and her team!

Our kids loved it. Which was great for them, and for us! The kids have already asked about going back - and insisted that my husband go get his eyes checked by Dr Karen. Overall a great experience and super helpful. Apparently there is a lot more to eyes than I thought!

Iris Kelowna has been my optician for about 15 years. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable; a number of them have worked there for a long time, which is rare in business now. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town!

I'm a long time IRIS customer (17 years) but this was my first time at the Kelowna, Harvey Avenue location as well as the first time meeting optometrist Dr Karen and optician Karah. Both Dr Karen and Karah are super knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I felt totally at ease in their care and learned quite a bit about my vision and prospects for my future. I have no hesitation in recommending IRIS and these consummate professionals.
