Friendly employees. Check out was fast and friendly. Helped me a lot with my gift cards (I got rejected at Foot Locker when I tried to pay with these gift cards, and that’s not because there’s no money in it. They just didn’t want to do that). I came to this mall to buy some shoes at Foot Locker but ended up bought 3 pairs and 2 backpacks at Sport Check. Both places had what we want, but the quality of customer service that made me decide to buy them at Sport Check. Keep up the good work!

The cashier was personable, however, there was several floor staff congregated in the shoe section chatting away while customers were in the store. A customer shouldn't have to interrupt a social gathering between employees to seek assistance. Staff should be attentive/ aware of customers and offer assistance. Other than that, I picked up a pretty cool sun hat forthe beach this summer

Unbelievably bad, the poorest customer service I've come across in quite sometime. Set out to purchase several items, no help whatsoever, zero, if it wasn't for the products I would have left immediately. As I shopped around the store I realized all employees were part of a social club. I stood at the cash, the only person in line and watched four employees shoot the breeze not even realizing they were currently employed. That type of thing was happening all over. What a mess to say the least.

Worst customer service ever. Associate asked me to buy the jacket before i can fully try it and stated it's sport check policy. I felt racially profiled by this associate. Sorry but I'm never gonna step into this store again.

Have to give five stars to Reed, the salesman that helped find my daughter a proper pair of runners. He was patient and just very easy going. No pressure sales, just a guy that went above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks for your excellent service. 1 happy Dad and 1 very happy Daughter.

It's the start of football season and very poor selection of Bomber clothing. Big new location with little to no selection of what we were looking for. We will look and purchase elsewhere.
