So unhappy with my computer and the Microsoft programs that are built in, nothing works properly and it's so slow. Huge mistake buying a computer with Microsoft built in, don't do it.

It was one of those horrible days... I work fully remotely and was just getting set up and disaster happened -- my laptop turned into a brick! The helpful and knowledgeable staff were able to recommend a model that would suit my needs quickly and minimize my downtime.

Stocks of ink are sometimes low. Great service.

Bought a new desktop computer. The sales associate was helpful and informative. Gave us valuable information to help us choose the right one for us. They had everything we needed in stock too. Also had sanitizing stations set up.

I went to the Bridgewater store this morning 6th November. Never experienced such a lazy incompetent manager. Walked in the store headed directly to the counter for printing,sent 3 emails for print. As I walked to the counter a woman said be with you in a minute, she working on recycling bins. Chatting with a lady on cash. I waited and waited she went to cash chatting and kept watching me. Finally came over asked what I wanted told her she went on for minutes about how busy she was she had to answer the phone,2 people called in sick and kept going on. Finally said I don't care about the stores shortages that the time she wasted she could have printed the 3 pages. She stared at me and said she will try but she didn't know how and went on about the password book. I asked to speak to a manager. Guess who I was dealing with Heather the manager. Finally told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes if a person came in. Very very incompetent employee with poor customer service skills.

Went to purchase an office chair today - looking at three different chairs, all three out of stock in store, none available at another store, and none available online. The associate tells me they cannot sell the floor model, as they have to keep one on the floor as a showcase. I'm a bit confused - why show an item I cannot buy anywhere? They lost out on a rather decent sale today.

sales staff very helpful and NOT pushy dealing with Tamilyn was like talking to an old friend

There are a lot of products at this location, however, no staff bothered to help me find what I needed. I looked like I needed help, as I spent some time browsing because I couldn't find most items!The cashier was not very friendly.I wouldn't make this a regular stop, but I did pick up school supplies that I couldn't find elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and the store is clean and organized. I would have given them a higher rating but the item I went to buy showed a price that was $35 more than it showed on their website. An employee helped me and verified the price for me

My barely used Asus Microsoft based laptop is the worst computer I've ever owned or used. The Microsoft run laptop is always freezing, takes forever to load anything and none of my other products have these issues. I will never purchase any product that has Microsoft built in and because of such a non stop disappointing performance from this new garbage I will never return to Staples and would love to smash this laptop on your front steps, that's how horrible this junk is. Thanks for the waste of money and time.
