I received a call from Ehtel to have my Fibre Internet hooked up.When the installer arrived I showed him where I thought he could enter with the line.The installer was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It took about 3 hours and this installer was immaculate with his work.Thanks AvrilHope I spelt your name correctly

Last year we were having trouble with the WiFi speed for online schooling, so we upgraded to the 25 plan from the 10 plan , it is no better , and now a year later and still having the same issues !!!!! First had no internet twice in a week now it just keeps cutting out !!!!! I pay over $100 a month for wifi and it is absolutely horrible !!!!! Please fix this !!!!!

If your work or career depends on a reliable internet connection, Ehtel is not the provider you are looking for.Experienced a number of unexpected outages in the middle of work days (working from home) and on weekends. Speeds never reached the promised download or upload speeds.Technical support and customer service lack a sense of urgency and care by responding to customers in unprofessional manners, and by not delivering permanent solutions or timelines for repairs on their own technical issues. Billing is riddled with unwanted miss-communications, such as sending your monthly statements late, amongst others.

Worst service I ever had in my life!!!! Call 3 * wait for them to get back to me. Then they got back to me and then the phone went dead . Can you dig that?

I'm so happy with the customer service provided by Eh tel, we had a mishap when burrowing in the fiber optics and they did a really great job of fixing it. All the guys were in really good humor 10/10 recommend

When EhTel is working it's great, but if it rains, snows, windy, dark or sunny than the internet connection drops. They have no technical support or any after hours monitoring for downed services. Services have been dropping more and more in the last few months. Very disappointed, especially when many people are now working from home. If we had other options most of us in this subdivision would go that route.

Normally I would give this company a 5/5 except for the fact they have very poor customer communication. As long as your problems happen Monday to Friday during their business hours, 9 pm I think for tech support, you’re good! But once they clock out you’re out of luck. To be fair we hardly ever have problems unless like today there is a massive power outage. It’s clear they can’t do much until the power comes back, it’s understandable their equipment might be out of power and they might have a hard time getting it back on. The problem is really that they do not even make a feeble attempt to communicate what they’re doing to customers. They keep us in the mushroom farm! They have 0 social media presence. Nothing is ever updated on their website or any Social Media account. So for all we know on the May 2-4 weekend when power is out they might all be at the cottage! Will they fix it by Sunday, Monday, Tuesday? Do they even know? We don’t know because they don’t attempt to tell us! Yet having a cellphone with data and updating your social media to let your customers know you’re aware there is a problem and you are working on it is really not very hard. So no, even though they’re a good company they get a bad review from me for their lack of communication skills, and I have been a customer for over 4 years so I know what I’m talking about. Edited. I’ve upped my review from 2 stars to 4 as I’ve noticed a big change since this incident happened. I’ve noticed much better communications at EhTel’s social media. We’re now told when outages are happening and why. I will soon move and won’t be able to use EhTel! but I would definitely recommend them to those in tenor rural areas. Other than a few instances when communication was lacking we’ve had very few issues and customer service has always been good. I definitely prefer them to Bell or any other of the big ones.

I have been with EH!tel for about a month now. I was very pleased with how efficient and knowledgeable the installer was and how well he worked with the tech in the office to get me set up and accommodate my needs. I offer many zoom meetings each month some with over 200 people and only once had a problem. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're within their service area.

Fantastic experience with this company installing my internet and TV! Great people from the locator to the guys who installed fibre to my home through a garden with no mess! And final install with Dave and Will was great! Customer service was amazing and so very appreciated. They really took the time to determine the best location for install and provide options to me. Truly great people!
