Brighteast construction

Kenny and his guys built a 10ft deep by 16ft wide extension on our second floor dining room. They are great guys to work with and have on site. They did a great job and even my neighbours commented and complimented the work they did and how they worked on site. The work was done in a timely manner with top quality workmanship and within our budget.. highly recommend Brighteast.

Where to begin!!Brighteast was a wonderful contractor! Kenny his team and outside contractors ( electrical, plumbing, H Vac and siding) were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail was spot on. We have lived in our house for 40 years. The house was built in 1929 and this was our last major renovation. We wanted to make this home “ senior ready” and through there experience and our vision we accomplished just that. My husband has been they type who has always done our Reno’s, however he knew this was out of his expertise and he couldn’t have been happier!! My kitchen is everything I had dreamed of along with the main floor laundry and an additional bathroom.If you are thinking about a renovation or full build I know Kenny and his team will do the job “ the right way!!”

Kenny’s crew ripped out our old basement and built a new shower and joined laundry room with heated floor as well as a recreation room and storage room. Pot lights in the ceiling and we love it all!
