I’ve been here twice in the past week and found they simply have the best service and staff of any quick service restaurant I’ve ever been to. One gentlemen whom seems to be in charge (young guy with tattoos) is extremely professional and very attentive to the staff and customers. I’m very impressed with both visits and they are not cheap with the portions! Keep up the great work and recognize your team, their doing a fantastic job!

Pathetic service. The girls working there were rude, impolite, kept laughing and talking when serving. Looks like there are disinterested in their job. I read the other comments too and highly believe that owner should do something about it. Talking about food, toppings options were good but the falafel(quantity and quality) were terrible.

I don't write reviews but this... this... I received my Pita completely ripped open looking like a soggy taco, making it impossible to eat. Clearly standards at this location have gone down the drain. Not the best customer service. I won't be returning, and I do not recommend this location. (I use to work at a pita pit... it is not this hard to fold a pita correctly, and if you make a mistake by ripping the bread simply transfer it over to a new one).

Worst service experience ever. The 2 serving girls are highly annoying, frustrating and full of attitude. We were 4 people, asked for spoons, asked her to bill us after getting food as we might change order basis what u serve and she said she cannot do that. As expected we asked to change the order and she got furious. I felt as if she is serving free food and is doing a favour to me. I recently bought a home near this plaza but never gonna visit this place again. If owner of this place is reading this feedback then I pity the kind of people u have employed and ruining your reputation. I see the similar feedback from others too.

I can't really blame the place but it's just the chain in general: It's not worth it. There's a shawarma place next to it with a comparable price range. The problem is the meat portions. The measly, not even half a cup, of meat means the vast majority of what you're paying for is the salad.

Really good pita, tasty. Very quick at lunchtime while packed! Staff were great. Polite and nice, asked if you wanted other options with your order. Will definitely go again. Very clean as well.

The food is always fresh and the staff are extremely friendly. I've eaten at many other pita pit restaurants but this one is by far the best of the chain. Keep up the good work

Omg this was a unique experience for us! My husband and I we love to try different cuisines explore different restaurants and their dishes. One day, I opened up UberEats and this restaurant was trending. It seems lots of people were ordering takeout/delivery in my neighborhood and hence this kept popping up in my account as free delivery (due to ride share with UberEats feature). I kept seeing this for multiple days and that prompted me to try out this place. This place really surprised me, first off never seen so many chicken options all at one place - be it chicken shawarma, Buffalo chicken, souvlaki or a bunch more. We love all and we’re totally confused as to what should we try. So we went with chicken shawarma bowl for my husband and buffalo chicken in wrap. To top it off, wohh! You have bunch of options to select the veggie toppings, sauces, seasonings and cheese. Good thing is you could select up to 18 toppings, 14 sauces, 6 seasoning and 1 cheese. Never seen such tremendous amount of toppings elsewhere, very competitive in terms of options and price. Tasted really nice, however one thing I did not anticipate it that way. It was all cold, I thought the wrap might be hot or toasted, maybe chicken would be warm only salad toppings might be cold, but I probably didn’t anticipate that. Not sure if this is normally the way this recipe is designed but overall it was a good experience. If you are looking for something hot, maybe this is not for you but if you are ok with all cold then this is a must try !
