Your electrical contractors at Tower Ranch are garbage.The entire electrical at my parents home is UPSIDE DOWN. It has wrecked dozens of electronics and their fireplace.I only discovered the reason why when I needed to install a dimmer switch for them. Neutral was live, live was neutral and ground was disconnected.I want the name of the contractor and inspector so they can be reported.

Sandi is an amazing property manager. She took over the building in our last year of living in Dilworth Homes and she was by far the best property manager we've had! Always super quick to answer emails and phone calls. She was very helpful during the moveout process as there was a mixup with the paperwork when we moved in and there was a mixup with the last months rent. I would highly reccomend Sandi as a property manager to anyone and if you can get into Mount Baldy apartments you're very lucky, not only cause of the amazing views and quiet building but cause you'll have the best property manager in all of Kelowna working with you! Thanks again Sandi! You're the best!!!
