Called in the morning regarding infant passport photos, store said come in anytime, no appointment required. We arrived at around 5:15pm (45 mins before closing) and they said no to taking the passport photo because it was too close to closing. Was told to just come back another time, as long as it was earlier. Wasnt exactly friendly with the message either, and afterwards he proceeded to just to on his phone after. Will not be returning to this location.We went to the shoppers down the street who were happy to help us. In and out in 15 mins.

Very helpfull friendly knowledgeable staff. They all work in different fields that utilize the equipment they sell in store.I bought my Sony camera equipment at this Henry's and I'll buy studio equipment from here in the near future.

Very very nice customer service and very professional staff who give you their full attention. I went here to get my baby's passport sized photos for her passport application. I thought it would be difficult to take the baby's photo as babies tend to look everywhere else except at the camera. The photographer was very good and did his work smoothly and we had several photos taken within 2-3 minutes out of which they shortlisted the finest one for print. The customer service folks had given me precise and clear instructions on the phone regarding color of the child's clothes etc for the photo. They were very courteous and I will always recommend this store to other people. The pricing was also very reasonable.

I called to find out if Henry’s still took passport photos and the young man Scott answered my questions so graciously and was patient.I walked into the store and it was well lit, bright and they had so many variety of photography equipments.Sumit, who was the Associate who took my passport photos was really nice, kind and an amazing human being.I will definitely be recommending friends and family to visit this Henry’s.

Awesome place and I love that they price match Amazon and other camera shops. Purchased my Nikon D750 and Tamron 24-70 G2 from Ethan and the assistant manager. Awesome people and helpful in making the right choice for your needs.

Limited supply, makes it hard to shop in person when Amazon can ship the colours/size I want the next day. Also, new ownership changed their used gear policy - you can only trade towards Henry's products not cash. This is unforgivable. And they offer you the absolute lowest value a person could imagine. If you think you can imagine how low, divide that by 2. Then do it again. Then minus 90 % and you are halfway there.

I had to print a big order of pictures last minute before my flight, right before the store closes and these people went beyond with helping me to make this happen and stayed even after the closing time for like 30 min! Jay is amazing!

Had a good experience buying a field monitor here. Sumit gave me a call after reserving the item and when I got there, walked me through some questions I had and accessories. Overall great experience, beats Amazon.

Henry’s needs to correct their system of special orders. Customers need choices. I came in to choose to have a special order made and have it delivered to in store. That’s not possible. It must be delivered to an address. If customers choose to visit a retail store, I expect a retail experience. I can buy my product direct from the distributor as they do online sales to the public, I don’t need Henry’s. I came here because I wanted a retail experience and to choose to pick my item up in store. Does Henry’s not realize they loose out on future sales when customers have to come back?Sales staff were great and not their fault because some 6 figure suit can’t figure out how retail works.Innovate Henry’s don’t imitate.
