Great place it is clean, well kept, lots of help when ever I go, not that busy, lots of parking, and not far from north end mall for convenience. Ashley was very helpful, and was a delight to deal with. If the rest of the staff are as helpful and friendly than this has got to be one of the best places in the city do your business!

There is a lady at this location her name is Jannifer. She is very helpful and a great enployee, very dedicated to help everyone. I have been going at this location since 2013 when I came to Canada and I wasn't able to speak English very well. She helped me always. She is the best!

Came today looking to get a package policy for my vehicles. Was turned away & told to call the number on the glass. I understand it was the end of the day for the worker but the rude attitude wasn't necessary. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My insurance Agent at Affinity on Albert North is GREAT. He did a curbside visit during covid while they were closed, he knew his insurance and gave us great suggestions. It's not what you know its who you know. I highly recommend Adam. Thank you Adam for going above and beyond to help me and my family.

The Branch Manager, Carolyn, was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She made sure we would be getting the best coverage for our needs and I feel confident her advice was balanced, impartial and in our best interests.Although I don't need additional coverage currently and most of my other policies are at other brokers at the moment, Carolyn's forthright attention today would recommend her agency to us if/when we might need further coverage.
