Update: went for my yearly poutine. Was delicious! Exactly as it's been every other time I've been! Staff (Amanda in particular) were upbeat, friendly and everyone had a smile on. Service was quick. Thanks for rectifying whatever was going on last year.Usually the most delicious poutine ive ever had. That being said, last one I had was disgusting. Gravy tasted different, hardly any cheese. I didn't feel good after. Pretty disappointed as prices keep getting higher. Will return in hopes this was a one off.

Great place to get chip truck fries. However, all other item prices seem very overpriced for what you get. Parking can be tight, so be careful. It can be a high traffic area.

Got Poutine from Pop up on the Bay - hands down the best Poutine I have had in years. Fresh Curd, nice salty gravy and hot fresh cut fires. The small was 8$ and id for sure get it again.

Great Chip truck with typical menu items found at chip trucks. Great portions and reasonable prices. They do take credit or debit, but there is a $1.50 charge for use.

I tried the Large poutine at pop ups at the bay. It was delicious, good portion size and price was ok. Will come back next time.

Just tried a large fries as it was a first visit. 5$ large bag of fries is worth it. Was confused on the poutine price as fries and gravy is only 8$. Will have to read reviews to see how that is for the next time im up that way. Service was quick. They pop out the door to give you food, found that to be different. But yes good fries and quick service

Holy portion sizes. I did not expect a large order to be that large! It has to be, what, 2-3 pounds? For only $12, that's pretty great. The fries are pretty good as well, even if it's hard to tell when they're smothered under all those toppings.
