Pollard Windows & Doors

We had our windows replaced by Pollard windows & doors. Excellent company to work with starting with salesman Moustafa, very easy guy to deal with. Their product and service is first class. I surely recommend Pollard windows & doors.

We needed to replace ten forty-year-old windows and two doors. After reviewing offers from three providers we selected Pollard for the job. Our sales rep Gihan was great. He explained the products thoroughly and discussed various options. The sales process was efficient and easy to go through. Delivery of the product took a few weeks longer than hoped but that was expected with the Christmas holidays and COVID supply chain challenges.Installation was fantastic. Hussain and his team arrived promptly as planned. They were very polite, organized and efficient. Drop cloths were used throughout the house and the team cleaned up at the end of each day. Installation was supposed to take three days but was completed in two days. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The house looks great with new black framed windows and doors. We purchased a home package through Linwood, which included Pollard Windows in May 2021, our windows where installed in Dec 2021, We are missing all our screens for our windows 18 in total, we have no cranks for the windows, 1 window has the incorrect glass, a window has a large area of scratching. Linwood in BC and Linwood in Ontario and our builder and myself via an email sent to your customer service email, have all tried to contact you with no response on these problems, the questioning of the issues started in Jan of 2022.

Let me start by saying the end result was GREAT. Dealing with Moustafa & Gary Pollard was top notch service. We had some instal issues unrelated to the Pollard products ( installer & COVID ). Moustafa and Gary made sure my windows were what was needed and that I was completely happy. Moustafa completely understood my concerns and addressed them in a quick and efficient manner. I would recommend Pollard. I will post pictures when our renovations are complete. I would use a pollard again in my next project.

We have pollard windows installed a year ago and we had a leakage in few due to heavy rains. The chalking was not Pepperdine by the pollard team. We have given complaints through our builder and no one turned back to fix the issue. Very poor service. Unhappy with after service.

We had a great experience with Pollard Windows & Doors from initial contact right down to installation! We had all windows on the main floor replaced, one in the basement and the upper floor windows recapped. The crew who worked on replacement were very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was great. I would recommend Pollard Windows & Doors to anyone needing windows.

Our windows are very nice. There were frustrating delays. I ordered them one year into the pandemic. Most of the windows arrived 8 months after ordering. A couple were back ordered. We were not pleased with this at the time. Supply chain disruptions, shortage of labour all due to COVID-19. It was not Pollard's fault. The price was too good to be true. Almost one third of some competitors. They were roughed in by the contractor. There were some extra costs for trim, finishing paint and labour. A lot of extras can be done personally or any contractor of your choice. Very happy now that the windows have been cleaned and dressed with vertical blinds.
