Place is like family, trust them with all my packages. The owner is so nice and always smiling. Takes very good care of me when I’m there. Appreciate all the staff here.

I’d give 5 stars for the customer service BUT charging $3.67 just to print out ONE return label for a prepaid package is plain absurd

This was easily the best UPS experience I've ever had! After another shipping company decided to refuse our large cross-country shipment after months of planning, Abdul was extremely helpful in helping us book it on our tight schedule. His time and attention saved us a lot of stress and anxiety, and we're so appreciative! Thank you! Highly recommend using this UPS store.

I like the gentleman behind the counter but I hate coming to this drop off point because they never scan your prepaid labels whether it's a return or shipment unless you ask them to. When I ask him to scan before I leave, I always get a dismissive look like I'm annoying to him. I would much rather go out of my way to a different location.

This is my first time using the UPS app and I was greeted with the most amazing, kind, and respectful employee named A. Samad on dougall. He was very helpful and kind. He worked efficiently and very effectively. I was very happy to see someone as helpful and kind as him. He did his job perfectly.

I have been to quite a few different UPS stores and this by far was the best one. Abdul really went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met and he was so very friendly. Will always be going back here for shipping

Just sent out a package, a little expensive but it is what it is. Just wanted to mention how amazing and cordial the employee was at this location. So nice to be met with such a great greeting and level of service. Bravo!

I got to this location to drop off a postage paid return. There was a note on the door stating will be back shortly" it was 2pm. Door was locked. No one working. No time on the note to say approximate time they would be back. No way of knowing how long the note had been there. So I went to do another errand. After that I called the location before driving back and asked if they were open. They were back so I returned to drop off the item. When the employee realized I was the one who just called I said that I had already been there ans the store was closed with no indication of when it would reopen. He told me he was in the washroom. So there was only 1 employee working. Then I asked for confirmation that I had dropped off the package he said only by text or email. So then I gave him my cell number for the confirmation. Then I mentioned to him that he should put a time on the note so people know how long to expect the store to be closed and he tried to tell me he was going to save me 3.50$ since I had to come back. I said I am not paying
