Stay away from this company if you want professional service and knowledgeable techs.I called them because my stove fan would not turn off, it was fully functioning I used it the night before .A tech arrived and I explained the situation and he proceeded to remove the back cover and I proceeded to get on with my day , feeling I do not need to babysit him .He called me a little while later and told me it is not good".according to him several things were defective and it would be costly to repair . I was shocked because like I said

Do you want to pay for unsolved problems and damages to your home? Do your research and hire professionals not amateurs. They didn’t even have the basic materials to do their job. It’s disappointing that we live in a word where we pay for incompetency.

Horrible experience with these guys about four years ago... Had two AC units, one was broken with a specific error code... Looked it up online, and told the technician what the error code meant... he said no, knew what the issue was and ordered new parts... didn't work but charged me... then when I told him to try what I found online, it actually worked! Had to deal with the owner as they didn't want to reimburse cost of part that never needed to be changed! Horrible, horrible experience, we would be better without companies like these.

He identified the faulty components very, very quickly—and had a repair plan planned out within minutes. The replacement parts are now on order! Useless. According to the website they service Danby appliances. Apparently they do not. They only do refrigeration since a few years.

Our experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing. Despite having a brand new washer, we have had to endure lengthy wait times for repairs. In the past year, the repair team has visited our home 4 to 5 times, and yet our washer remains broken. We hope to see a more effective and timely solution from the customer support team soon.

List many rural town as part of their service area but you call to book an appointment, they don't want to come to you...Update your website!

They came 3 times within 6 months for my dryer. The dryer is making noise after a couple of loads. Of course when they came the noise is not there. The first technician opened the back cover and said that the 4 screws holding the drum was loose. The seond did the same thing but said the srews were OK. The 3rd tried harder, took the back and top cover, didn't see a thing. He tried to take the front side but couldn't then left. Obviously the front cover does come off it's just that he didn't know how. I was a repair person for a company and we never went on a call if we didn't have the service manual with us. I sent them recorded sound files so they could hear. These service calls were done through an extended waranty with Comerco which stated that the waranty does not cover noises that were not caused by a breakage. How can they say that when the technician was never able to reove the front cover to see if there was ware and tear on the sliders that holds the drum or a used bearing. Please avoid both Cosmo-Tech and Comerco.

I used them twice for warranty work. Both times the technicians were great. Very personable and professional. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

As a BOSH service representative I am not impress with there service. It seems that a 40 minute drive from Gatineau is considered to far? Are your service tech using a bicycle?
