She is really outstanding and compassionate doctor.

I would NOT recommend this office at all. They are extremely unprofessional and do not return phone calls.For our first appointment, I did not receive a confirmation call, so I reached out to them on a Friday afternoon to confirm our Monday appointment. During this phone call, they told me the appointment had been rescheduled. I asked if they planned to call to inform me and I was provided with no apology. If I had not of contacted them, I would have drove an hour for nothing.For our second appointment, I attempted to reach them by telephone to ask some questions, and I waited 2 weeks with no return phone call. After this, I called twice in one day, as I was very annoyed. Again I received no confirmation call for this appointment, so I called them on a Monday to confirm the Tuesday appointment. I left 2 voicemails hours apart with no return phone call the entire day, and attempted to reach them several other times and continued to receive their voicemail. The appointment was never confirmed and I refuse to drive an hour without speaking to them due to all of the miscommunication and lack of communication that has occurred.Their disorganization, and lack of communication reflects poorly on the doctor herself. I would suggest looking at other options for professionals in the area.
