Staff was very helpful and kind enough to guide us with the procedures. The car provided by them was in excellent condition and we just loved taking it around the city. My personal experience is that In person experience was better then calling them over and trying to book over the call. They have many VarientsAnd you can choose from them. I would definitely go for enterprise again when o visit Canada.

I recently rented a car from a from these guys, and I must say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The rental process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout.Kudos to Carson who assisted me through out the process. We have been customers at this location for a long time and I can say our experience has been always pleasant! Incredibly friendly staff and manager that value customers and represent the brand adequately. If you are looking for a rental car with reliable service this is the best location! I think this is the best rental location in Kitchener-Waterloo-Guelph-Cambridge, and the best rental location I’ve ever used. I’ve travelled for personal and business regularly for over 30 years and I can say that we’re lucky to have this team in our area. Despite always being super busy (not an easy job I’m sure), the entire team here is always friendly and does their best to provide great customer service. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. My thanks to Dave and his team including Carson W, Carson T, Casey, Julio, Jessica, Pooja, and others that I probably missed that make the magic happen here! 5-star service for sure, and rating well-deserved!

Our experience renting a car from this location was smooth. The agent we dealt with (Pooja) was extremely helpful and professional and guided us well about all the procedures. We would return to this location to rent cars in the future.Our only complaint was that the price charged was different than what we had seen online.

Cars are affordable but they require a native credit card. Where I come from we don’t own one so I couldn’t book a car that was quite frustrating as they didn’t have more flexibility there. If you are stuck in the same position as me go with Turo :)

Have had several great experiences renting cars from this location. The staff are professional and nice, and while I haven’t tried other locations I will always come here when I need to rent a car.Some examples of the good service include: making sure I had a ride back, upgrading my car when tire pressure warning didn’t go away, letting me keep the car longer, and helping me return the car even though it was a bit after closing time.
