A good mid-price store for heels and other footwear. The quality seems pretty good and I bought a pair of very comfortable chunky heels with a decently flexible sole. This store has a good balance between quality (comfortable to wear) and price (styles under $100). They're also surprisingly stylish for the price range. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and practical heels.

I love the shoes. However, the employee told me she need my email for receipt. Turned out she signed me up for all the promotions emails. I would give 0 star if I could, or minus. It’s not about the product but about lying to customer.

Recently I bought waterproof boots from call it spring. I wore 3-4 time in rains and after that it started to peel and sole got detached and even the leather got spoilt . BAD EXPERIENCE and LOSS of money

Sales associate V is lovely. Helped me with my shoes. However, the two associates that were working tonight (Sunday, January 29th) came up to me three times in a span of 5 minutes to tell me that the store was closing in 5 minutes. When I tried to explain what happened, one of the associates interrupted me and starting saying how she was confused about who was helping me. Had V not been so nice and helpful, I would have not purchased the boots I wanted. Please train your closing staff to be more polite and respectful with customers and to learn to apologize.

I went there during Christmas days to track my online order and return a boot, I was treated very badly. The manager is really impolite and doesn't know how to converse with customers, she didn't even listen to my whole question and was super rude and ignorant. However the other front staff were really helpful. I was waiting for other associate to track my online order and the store manager thought that I am still waiting for return and ask us to go out of store and if not will call the security my family horrified by her and she ruined our day. Not the manager nor the staff had Badge name. I asked so many times for the Manager name and finally she said her name is Tera. I chat with online customer service and still waiting to talk with district manager.

Very poor customer service provided by the assistant store manager named anmol. I was there for a return and i was having the receipt and everything but at the end and after talking around more than half an hour. One of the team member asked it’s your call to process it or not. But she denied and saying I’m the assistant manager and it’s my choice. It was a size issue and unfortunately I didn’t liked the colour but at the end as i was not having any choice i just changed the size. Bad experience while shopping over there.

We bought a pair of shoes and then without asking us she added insole which was 8.99$ she charged us then after we payed, we realized that she charged us without asking so we asked for a refund. Then she said “no returns”. Her customer service was absolutely horrible. Extremely rude. Armol Prtt. Her business code 46748212 I never want to go back to this store after how she treated us. I didn’t even leave the store before she said no returns.
