This place is great! Staff are friendly and efficient and helpful always! Now during Covid19 they're distancing the customers and have an extra area or lineup. The only thing I'd suggest you bring your own sanitary wipes to clean the cart handle with yourself.

We used their return it express system twice and never recieved our money in the account. Don’t go to this location I heard a rumour that they ripped people off but I never thought it would actually happen to me. Never again will I go to this location.*Update* I complained to the return it head office, 3 weeks later I recieved a credit for $3. We had brought in two bags full! That amount normally get us $7-$10. We will never go that location again, and I advise everyone else to not bother. There is a return it depot at Fraser hey and brander go there.

Friendly staff act as a nice feature of this depot, but it's small size and potentially confusing location of carts and items may act as a deterrent compared to other larger laid out depots in the Langley Township.

They close early, they rush you out while yelling things in another language at each other, if you show up within 30 minutes of closing time? Good luck, they may be open and if you get the same treatment I get? Show up at 5:35 pm when they close at 6 You’ll be told you have to be out in 10 minutes while they all stand around looking at you not helping just talking about you in their dialect

To be honest, compare to the one we've been often before. This place was pretty small for busy place like this. I don't know if this place always busy or not but when we were there pretty busy on the raining weekend. So wet, messy, dirty and unorganized but the staff was nice. So will see next time because people said good things about this place that I didn't see it. But as I said just being honest for what I saw

Aldergrove Return-It
I have brought bottles to the return it express before and had my account credited. I thought this was great... no standing in line, no counting.However, in July I brought in 3 large bags full and didn't receive any money in my account. This would have been at least ten bucks worth. I have called the number on the website three times now and can never get hold of anyone. I have left a message all three times. Nobody returns my calls.

They take everything like light bulbs, batteries and paint but they're not friendly at all and always close early and bark at their customers. Generally rude.

Didn't notice any scamming like other people are mentioning though I was quite distracted so it could've happened. Regardless of that they had terrible customer service and no where near the amount of trays/carts for their customers. Worth the trip somewhere else.
