Ronald's customer service was outstanding. He really took his time to help. This kind of service is indeed rare. Thank you so much. This is the only paint Store I'll use from now on!

Principalement en raison des heures d’ouverture difficiles pour ceux qui travaillent lun-ven de 9-5pm... fermé les samedis malheureusement.Quand j’ai finalement pu me libérer dans leurs heures d’ouverture, je n’ai pas été impressionné du service reçu, à comparé à d’autres Bétonel visités.

When will you be re-instating normal hours? Seems odd to do this in the height of the summer painting season, a serious inconvenience for contractors!

Arrivé à 16:45 le préposé ne veux plus faire de mélange de peinture??? Première et dernière fois dans cette succursale. Quel est le point de fermer à 17:00 si tu ne sers plus les client. Bonjour le service à la clientèle!

Too expensive compared with Ontario prices

It was our first attempt at painting for me and my girlfriend, so the task seemed pretty daunting. After choosing our first color and applying our first coat, we had many doubts about the way we were going about things. Fortunately, the staff at Bétonel helped us understand the intricacies of painting a room and quickly dispelled most of our fears. Especially Pierre, who was patient with our lack of knowledge. Moreover, we didn't like the color of the first gallon of paint we bought and we'd wasted our money, but Pierre adjusted its color to fit our taste. We'd been through Home Depot and Benjamin Moore over the course of our painting weekend and there was no match for the customer service provided by Bétonel. We're really grateful for the help and patience they provided since they definitly made our first attempt easier and less stressful. I would strongly recommend this Bétonel store to everyone I know.
