Instructor gave lots of good info. He knew the route the examiners used and what they tested for.

Watched as the student pulled into a blocked intersection with the instructor's approval. Yes, the light was green. No, the intersection was not clear. He blocked all traffic when the light turned red and he still sat in the intersection. The law states green means go only if the inter-section is clear" and

My daughter used Young Drivers to learn to drive, and it was a fantastic experience for her, as well as for me as her parent. Louise was terrific, easy to work with, and really responsive in all of her communication. The online portion, Zoom class portion, and in car portion were well laid out, and taught well. My daughter was very very anxious to drive with a stranger, but both her instructors were very kind, calming and respectful, and both helped her to feel comfortable, and to learn all that she needed to learn. I would HIGHLY recommend YD Abbotsford, and I think Louise in the office, and David and Christine, the instructors were top notch. It was smooth and easy, and I am very happy

Dealing with Young Drivers in Abbotsford was very disappointing. I searched on line for available lessons on Oct 4th. I found a package that would work work within our budget and timeline as my son's driving test was 3 months away. I purchased the package and received an email confirmation. When I didn't hear back from them regarding how to book the appointments, I then called the office directly. I explained that I wanted to book some lessons and was quickly told that they do not have any lessons available nor would they anytime before my sons test. (this was not indicated on the website). She proceeded to say that they" were supposed to remove the online purchasing and had obviously neglected to do it. I then asked for a refund and was told it would take 2 weeks to process the transaction. They have now accepted payment for lessons that are not available and will not refund my account for 2 weeks.
