Excellent support provided for my cell by staff at the booth as well as Fido store in the Kingsway Mall. In order to upgrade a Samsung phone one has to go to the store in Southgate.

This kiosk is a great place to get a reliable phone deal and accessories. Manager Guarav was able to help us and resolve any issues we had. We even got some prepaid visa giftcards for christmas ! Thank you WOW Team.

I'm young enough to be dependent on technology but also too old to figure out the cloud. Therefore, like many other elder millennials, when I lost my phone, I also lost a little fragment of my soul. Some people in similar circumstances turn to alcohol or drugs, others discover religion, and still others just wander through their remaining existences as shadows of their former selves. Luckily for me, I found Gaurav at WOW mobile.I arrived at the Koodo counter inside the TELUS store about 30 minutes before the mall closed. The customer service rep there was nice enough, and moderately helpful in the circumstances. She wasn't bad or unhelpful, but she surely wasn't ever going to inspire me to write a 1000+ word Google review. Whelming. Not over-, not under-, she was simply just whelming. Anyways, after some checks on her computer, she told me that the phone I wanted wasn't in stock. So she directed me towards the Koodo booth that was directly outside the store (why is there a Koodo booth directly across from the Koodo counter? Seems like a wildly inefficient distribution of resources. But I digress ... ). The gentleman at the Koodo booth didn't even try to help me; he just immediately told me to go talk to the adjacent WOW mobile booth. In retrospect, this makes sense. All day, he watches Gaurav work, so he must understand by now that there is no point in trying to compete.By the time I got to Gaurav, it was 7:50pm - only about 10 minutes before the mall would close. Of course, I was worried that I wouldn't have time to complete the transaction. Gaurav assured me that he would stay as long as it took to get me everything I wanted.Gaurav not only was able to locate the phone I wanted, but he was able to get me a new phone, upgrade my wife's phone, increase our data plan, throw in about $200 worth of accessories, cancel our remaining Koodo tab balances, and waive the $50 (x2) connection fees, while somehow keeping me at roughly the same monthly payment. Look, I consider myself a pretty savvy customer, and I have absolutely no idea how he managed to accomplish all that. He was like the tooth fairy, but for phones, and I also didn't have to exchange any teeth to obtain his services.However, because I was switching service providers, he needed to keep going back and forth between them in order to transfer our phone numbers. Dear reader, this was not a quick process. In fact, it would take us until 9:20pm (ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES after the mall closed) to complete the transaction and get all the paperwork signed. If this man was like any other normal mall employee, he could have closed up, gotten home, and have been about two and a half episodes deep into the Mandalorian. Instead, he was with me, dutifully trying to help me navigate through the treacherous telecom bureaucracy. Eventually, with his help, I left the mall with two new reasonably-priced, data-laden, screen-protected phones in hand. Even the maintenance staff who drive the mall zambonis had finished working and gone home by then.Did Gaurav complain once about having to stay late? Of course not. He's Gaurav. I cannot believe a man like this exists, let alone the fact that he's working at a WOW mobile booth in Kingsway.

Amazing place to get a new phone and plan. The Manager and his team were very helpful in every way and took time to explain all the details. If you're looking to get a new phone or plan, don't hesitate to visit this place. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for fantastic service! Highly Recommend!

Jai was really great to deal with. He really went out of his way to get me the best deal for the phone I wanted and made the process of switching carriers very easy. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with questions I had. I was really dreading phone shopping and Jai turned it into a pleasant experience. Thanks Jai!!

Have been getting new plans and phones twice from here, this place has way better Black Friday deals than the Wow in WEM. Staff is also friendly and honest

These guys are awesome! Got me a better deal on a phone than the Telus store literally right beside them. Made my monthly plan cheaper. They even bought my old Bell phone from me and gave me a bunch of free promo stuff too. Quick and easy, super friendly staff!

I would like to thank Anush for helping me upgrade to a new phone! I’ve been meaning to get the new iPhone 14 ProMax, but found that it was a little over my budget. When I went to WOW with the intention of browsing, Anush found the cheapest plan for me and even applied the student discount!
