Stopped by here for lunch enroute to Wiarton. The service was very slow and had to wait a long time for food, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Went for the georgian bay fish which was good, but the mashed potato was literally just mashed with no spices. Garlic bread & grilled cheese was okay. Decent choice of beers/drinks & cute little local artisan items to purchase.

Amazing food and very friendly and warm atmosphere! They have quite an extensive menu so there is a lot of options. We were a group of 4 looking for a restaurant open on Easter Sunday for a late lunch and found this place. It is located at a convenient distance from the Bruce peninsula park. I tried the chicken pot pie with fries. Everything on the dish was a standout. Vegetables could have been fresher but I couldn’t look past the amazing fries. I also had the strawberry milkshake which was great too. Others in my group got the chicken Parmesan (highly recommend), ravioli soup and pulled pork sandwich. Everyone was very happy all around and everything is very reasonably priced. We also got the pecan butter tarts (very good) and in-house salad dressings and marmalade to go (pending tasting). They also have a gift shop with a lot of options including hoodies and shirts. Would definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

We stayed at the Inn 2 nights. In the daytime we went hiking on the Bruce Trail. The room was comfortable and clean but nothing fancy. The restaurant was really good. We enjoyed breakfast and supper there and were happy with our meals.

Did not expect such great experience from such an off beat destination! Food, vibe, service, everything was above and beyond! We are to our tummy and our heart's content! We are the Grizzly burger, the chicken pot pie and some lovely home baked desserts. Laura our server went above and beyond to make our day! Glad that I walked in. Would be back again for more :)

This review is for the restaurant only. When we arrived for lunch around 11:30, it did not look terribly busy and most tables already had their food. The server showed us to the table but didn't give us menus so we got up and fetched our own after 5mins. We waited almost half hour after ordering and politely asked if they could check with the kitchen how much longer it would take. The first server acknowledged our request but never went into the kitchen. We then asked a second server and she replied that it would take at least 20 mins and the kitchen has not started preparing our order yet. During this whole time we waited, no other foods were coming out so I don't understand why the kitchen hasn't even started on our order yet. And we were so annoyed they didn't bother to tell us it would be a wait. We had to leave and would never return again.

After the Grotto, on the way back to home found this restaurant and was skeptical before entering as were very hungry and not in a state to compromise on food. We ordered garden salad (French and ranch were best), chicken and fries, pizza and onion rings. They were delicious and each one of them felt so fresh. Thanks guys

We bought club sandwiches which weren't on the menu and they were excellent. Large portions and reasonable prices. The gift shop was small but had quite an assortment of items. Of course I bought something.

We visited the restaurant for our lunch while driving to Tobermory. It was a small restaurant. We ordered chicken wrap, hot wings which was yummy and chicken Cesar salad. Only thing I didn’t like is that the salad was not rinsed properly before serving and there was dust/sand particles. We complained about it and got discount. Hope they rinse their salad before serving it to people.

I didn't stay at the Inn but did have a take out breakfast from here. My partner and I both ordered The Canadian Sandwich, which was delicious. The egg was cooked perfectly, still slightly runny but not overdone, the bacon wasn't too crispy and the freshness of the lettuce and tomato balanced it all out. I also ordered a coffee with my breakfast and again, that was tasty. Not bitter or too strong, definitely recommend this place :)
