Took my pickup back 2 times still not right. The 2 women answering the phone are very rude.I will not recommend this place to anyone

Won't back up their products. Had any Interstate battery that kept dying in cold weather. They stated that a rep needed to verify battery wasn't frozen and expected me to wait over a week in -30 weather , battery was in my family vehicle. Called Interstate and they said that is not their practice for warranty. Went to Nu Line Auto, they checked battery and saw it was never frozen and warrantied the battery immediately. Was testing 216 CCA when battery rated for 875 CCA. Their professionalism was very poor when I went back to tell them another company giving me warranty on a product they sell. Won't deal with them in the future.

So I contact McCallum regarding an item of mine they have stored in their yard. I was surprised to learn they charge $17. Per day. When I mentioned i have a RV storage yard in fort mac, and I charge $8. Per day for a park and fly customer , she laughed at me, with a smug smart a*s attitude. She said perhaps I should move to SK. and Set up a storage yard there, Didnt go down well. So my advise is if your bidding on items on SGI and they are in meadow lake, at this yard, consider your options, if you go over the 7 days( which SGI pays for) these guys are set on the 8th day for a money grab!
