The worst clinic i've ever visited. They made me wait 2 hrs even though i had appointment for 4 30 and finally when the doc came to see me he sent me back home as i had flu amd cough.

Only reason I am giving this clinic three stars is because it wouldn't be fair to give Dr. Toma and the reception staff anything lower.Went there today after waiting for results from a sample I had given on Tuesday.Doctor I saw (Not Dr. Toma) explained that the results had come back inconclusive and I would need to give another sample. He had mentioned nothing about a cleansing process, while I was in the little exam room.But when I tried to give the sample, the doctor started banging on the bathroom door, before trying to barge in yelling at me not to use the facilities before he gave the cleansing wipe. Found it extremely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. Even as a doctor he should not be trying to barge in and he should be giving all of the instructions prior.Don't think I will ever be returning to this clinic knowing he's employed there.

I would give Dr Malik 0 stars. I have spent 3 hrs here waiting for walk in. It nice to see him working at his old age but he is getting paid. I waited more than 1.5 hrs to go inside. Then I waited inside now after seeing him I am waiting for my prescription. He will see other patients before he gives me the prescription. What nonsense this is. The poor girl at Reception is getting all the heat. Will never come here . Totally terrible

Dr Lucy Mikhael is amazing! Such a kind, smart and patient doctor that really made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend asking for her however she is only in on Thursdays. I am happy I found Dr Lucy Mikhael!

I had the worst experience with this doctor named Nagy Abdel Malak! My husband had a deep wound cut on his lips when moving car tires. We waited at the clinic from 3:15 till 5:00ish and got out at 5:20. Even the bleeding would was leaking pus.. I saw the note given to the doctor was written “allergy on face”?! No wonder we were positioned as the last patient among the other 6 patients.. I asked the doctor if my husband needed any stitches done and he said it’s not bleeding.. Well, given that it’s been 2 hours, my husband would have died if he’s still bleeding.Also, If I did not ask whether my husband need to take the tetanus vaccine, he would only prescribe am ointment. He admitted that he totally forgot about the tetanus vaccine, which is very unprofessional! Other than that, theres only one seat for the patient in the tiny patient room, so I was forced to stand. It wasn’t a problem until the doctor yelled at me. He told me to get back inside the room in a very rude manner. I followed what he said and moved back into the tiny room. He kept staring at me for like 20 seconds and continue to ask me stay inside the room which I already did.. I was speechless. I didn’t even talk back at all. I have never seen a doctor can be so unprofessional and have such a bad temper. I am going to report him to the Ontario patient ombudsman.

Don't use the walk in. My wife and child were told by doctor my son is highly contagious and wipe everything down at home. Then tells them to wait in the waiting room for over an hour for prescription. They left came 2.5hrs later and prescription is not ready. Is this not a serious health violation knowing he is contagious? Never again.

Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. I couldn't breathe and knew I had a bronchial infection (med student). The doc put his stethoscope on my back (never moved it to the other 5 quadrants of my back) and told me there's not problem in my lungs. I begged for puffers and told him what he did wrong and who I was... he eventually gave me puffers and told me if it got worse try the hospital

My first time coming to this clinic and I was impressed with how quickly I was taken in to be seen. The doctor came in to see me within minutes. I thought this was too good to be true. And well, it was too good to be true. The doctor does not write prescriptions while he's doing the assessment with the patient. He sends you back to the waiting room where you have to wait for your prescription. I've been waiting 45 minutes since my appointment ended and still not received my prescription. What a mess. Never again.

Receptionist who works at the weekend is rude and actually cruel. She knew my daughter had 103.5 fever but she purposefully put us in the bottom just because I asked her questions.

I have been coming here for a while now and so far I can say they always helped me with my needs .. they are quick and efficientReceptions/blood technicians are so nice ..I have seen a few doctors and all of them are nice.. I recently saw Dr.Lucy..she is amazing !!!!
