I've ordered online from refill before but was finally able to make it down to the store for the first time yesterday. I had never been into a store like this so Marisa helped explain what everything did and how it worked and helped me pick out a new shampoo bar, some shower melts and a new natural deodorant. I'm very sweaty and I LOVE the routine deodorant that Refill carries!!

Love love love! So many great local and eco friendly products! I love that you can bring your own container for all of them. Such a great selection of vegan gummy vitamins, I haven't seen those anywhere else, especially to bring your own container!

I am SO happy to see this type of store in our city! I have ordered and used their website recently and got it delivered (so this review is only for this part of this store, I haven't been in person yet due to covid). I ordered dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and got them delivered without any issues. The soaps and laundry detergent work as intended!Most of their products are carefully selected and solid natural brands. The reusable jars are inexpensive (mason jars for the win). I plan on getting most of my items from here in the future.Hope covid hasn't hurt this business too much! Hoping a well deserved review on google can help bring attention and promote what the standard for packaged product should be!

Love this place, wish more people visit in the new year. You can find several things for the home and Bath including soaps, washing up powders and tablets, laundry, and so much more. Bring your own clean and dry containers or pay a deposit for ones that you can reuse.

Loved this place. Lots of different options for scents, including unscented options! Have a whole array of cleaning supplies, hygiene, products and more! definitely a one stop shopsuper easy: weigh your empty container, fill it up, pay for the difference so it was surprisingly a lot cheaper than I thought, I guess that's what happens when you don't pay for packaging!
