Booked my appointment online. First time visit. Dr Keast was nothing but kind, gentle, friendly and super informative. I learned a lot from our single session. Staff made it easy to order my new glasses. Would definitely recommend! Very clean office with professional staff.

I have been coming to FYi doctors now for 6 years. Always a great experience. Dr. Keast is very professional, kind and patient. This vist Catarina helped me pick out new frames that I love. She was also kind and very knowledgeable.

I have attended Dr Gies in the past but I had a period out of the country coming back home I reconnected with Dr Gies and so happy I did he is the best eye doctor in Brampton as is his front desk staff they are very friendly the clinic is immaculately clean they have a great choice of frames as wellI recommend any looking for the best eye exam around give this clinic a call you will be happy like me.

The staff at the Brampton Wanless FYI Doctors; namely Christina and Ishini are quite simply caring, attentive, & courteous human beings. During my initial visit, they spent a considerable amount of time to pick the right pairs of glasses for my eyes. When I received the glasses and did not like how they fit, I was in shock that they took the glasses back and offered to replace them with another pair. Even though the company may have lost money on the transaction, I've been so humbled that my needs took precedent over their economics. So very impressed with the team.

Great experience! Was greeted by friendly staff- Kelly, Evelyn & Sabrina! Impressed with the covid protocols - temperature was taken, few customers inside and clean sanitized office. My appointment was booked with Sabrina to purchase eye glasses. She was very pleasant and efficient! In less than 30 minutes , glasses were selected and measurements were taken. Appreciated how she took the time to call my insurance company to clarify my coverage on my behalf. Love my new stylish glasses! Thanks again :)

Visited the clinic during COVID-19 shutdown and their protocols were extremely efficient. Screening questions were asked, limited number of patients inside, appointments were on time, and office was very clean and continuously disinfected. The eye doctor who had seen me was very thorough and took the time to explain things in detail. They also have a nice selection of frames and are very patient when assisting you while trying them on. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience went very smoothly and the customer service was great.
