Love living here :) a bit pricey but super comfy living

Really nice place to live ! Close to the superstore,TRU,Bus stop,restaurants!Good neighbors but price is kind of expensive.

It is in my opinion a little gem too many dont think about it. It seems to attract authentic and high quality products and services. The ramen bar and near it an import east indian store are my favorite. Unfortunately as always kamloops developers never think traffic enhanced location. A bit out of sight and perhaps why do many business do not survive in this emplacement. It may need a clock tower with adverts on it to attract customers. If you didnt know it was there, you may not ever know it was there. Parking is also very limited which again was poorly conceived. To expect only walking customers from TRU would support the entire complex is outright silly. When will kamloops ever learn?

Incredible place to live for students. Close to school, shops down stairs, and grocery near. Very clean, quiet, and respectful climate.

Landmark Centre has a variety of stores with residential units above. Views are good in some units. Convenient location.

Tons of Parking available. Lots of incredible places to visit like the pharmacy and liquor store. If you want to grab a bite to eat there are many options including bubble tea.
