Natalia looked after my cat in her own home twice this summer. She is very gentle, genuine, and loving and took fabulous care of him. He enjoyed his stay at her home and he was treated like a king and lavished with attention. Her home is immaculate and is filled with areas for him to lounge and play. There is a large cat tree and a beautiful fish tank to watch and lots of cozy pet beds. I’m sure he is disappointed to come home after being spoiled for a week! I will definitely use her pet-care services again when I need someone to care for my cat. She is trustworthy and has fair pricing. She even went above and beyond to clean out the carrier for me that he soiled on our car trip over!

Natalia and her staff were able to provide private dog walking services for me on short notice! Natalia was super helpful and even helped us find a good harness to buy. We totally trust Pupperino Petcare to take care of our dog.

I highly recommend Pupperino Petcare!! I have been using their dog walking services as well as boarding for almost a year and I am so happy with them. I am a crazy dog mom and obsessed with my doggie so the fact that Natalia and the team can manage my craziness is a huge plus. They always check in and send me updates via photos, videos and texts on how the walk went. Which is super important to me. They are very reliable and I trust them with my dog and going into my home. Natalia watched my dog on my wedding day. Thankful I could find someone kind and caring to watch my senior pup, since taking her to a dog daycare or vet clinic for boarding was not an option. She (my dog) is timid and can be anxious in new situations without me around, and with no one available to watch her on a day like my wedding I'm so glad she was provided with personalized care to make her feel more comfortable. *For anxious pet owners* I would recommend Pupperino Petcare without one moment of hesitation. I recently went on a week-long family vacation and left my senior cat and our family senior dog under Natalia's care.To say Natalia did an excellent job is an understatement. Our family dog (a beagle) is uncomfortable with change and is becoming more achy and slow as he ages. My cat (an indoor) has never been left overnight with anyone and does not do well in unfamiliar places. To top it off, our cat has hyperesthesia which makes him very uncomfortable and moody.I was incredibly nervous and reluctant to leave the pets under anyone's care (which is why I had not vacationed in 5 years). Every worry from the cat escaping out of the home, to the dog becoming sick or hurt on a walk, to not being able to reach the pet care provider for an update ran through my mind during the weeks leading to my vacation.All of my worries were pointless. From the moment I dropped the pets off, Natalia began updating me with photos, videos and messages. In fact, I did not have to ask for one update during my trip because Natalia was so on top of it. She cared for our pets as if they were her own. Every routine and instruction was followed, and I was free of any worry within a day. Natalia went above and beyond. She purchased an enormous cat tree house to keep our cat occupied. She also purchased an enormous dog treat for our dog because she grew so fond of him. All without any reason to do so. Her care is truly exceptional and is obviously from her heart.When I returned to pick up the pets (and I wish I recorded it to post it here), neither the dog nor the cat was interested in leaving. In fact, we had to coax both of them into the crate/car with treats. I also noticed a change in the pets' demeanor once home. Both were calm, happy and more well behaved lol. What a relief!
