I love this place so much, I’ve been coming here for over a year now and I am not one to complain ever but since Julie has been there I have had the worst experience here ever. She is not so great at her job and is so rude. She constantly cuts my fingers up every time with the electric file whenever I am booked with her and she usually tries to tell me no about what kind of nails I want done, she always rushes her work and always ends up busting up my acrylics just by getting a fill done. Honestly I still refer all my friends to come here because it truly is a great salon but just a warning to all to never book with Julie, she’s the worst. I love being booked with Jay or Anna though, they’re so amazing!! Would give a better star review but today was the last straw. The worst experience I have ever had here. Julie didn’t give me the set I wanted, my acrylics are messed up now all because she did such a botched job.

The owner and the staffs are always nice whenever I stopped by to get my nails done. Julie, Jay and Linh spent time looking for the right colors for me every single time. There might be a little wait time even when you book an appointment but never longer than 10 minutes so maybe leave yourself a bit of wiggle room, and also because they took time making sure your nails look exactly the way you like them. I like the online booking option as it is very convenient. Overall very happy with the services.

I’ve been going to HD Nails once every 3 weeks for about a year now. They do an amazing time every time! They are the only place where I have been able to get good nail art in Vancouver. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been looking for the best quality nail salon for about a year now by trying out many other salons.HD has a great nail techs with wonderful services. Everyone is good, still Cynthia is the best! She knows what she needs to do, her works are very high quality and she is lovely!! Especially I love her shaping skill, that my nails are pretty round but looks great from the side.If you are looking for a go to nail salon, I will confidently and definitely recommend here and find your best nail tech at HD.
