Domino's Pizza

100% done with Dominos now. The drivers are wonderful and even when we pick up the staff are great. I think this location is mis-managed and we reached our limit yesterday.The driver (who is very kind) brought us a pizza and apologetically told us there was a new person working and she put Alfredo sauce on it by mistake. He knew it was Alfredo, wrong order, but he still brought it to us. In addition he charged us for the wrong pizza!!!!!!!!You may be wondering why we did not ask him to bring the correct one. We were starving, it was midnight and we thought we would try it out. He is such a nice person that we went with it. The pizza was gross.We are now officially done with Dominos.this situation and inconsistent topping portions, mistakes etc., tired of it!!!!By the way we have also heard that that the owner does not pay the drivers the tips they receive from card payments. If you still like dominos, please give the drivers cash.Bye dominos!!!!!!!!

zero service have phones in hand and earphone in ears… i order choco lava desert and without gloves he took out from fridge and put in oven.. lack of teamwork arguments going on between each other in front of customer. even while closing the box of pizza they are touching pizza without wearing gloves. I highly recommended don’t visit this dominos thanks

Worst experience at a dominos in canada. these guys are so unprofessional. they dont even know how to talk or treat customers.they serving Cold pizzas and so tastelessplease never go to this location suggestion.really bad experience

I love a thin crust one and off lately I’m so much into this particular one. Used up the 40% off Monday offer and ordered this instantly.

I ordered 3 XL pizza. Instead of getting XL, I received 3 large pizza, which is totally unexpected. Requested for refund and they offered me to get back only 50% of total price I paid. Not enough toppings added. Highly disappointed. Never order from this order again.

Got cold when arrived, it was showing order complete on app but came after half an hour and there were hair in the pizza which is totally unacceptable. Also there was too much pizza flour in pizza.It is noticeable that how pizza slices has been cut out.

I've come here often over the last couple of years because this is the closest location to me. But the last 3-4 times they have always been so disappointing - our family decided not to order from here again. We'd rather drive farther than come here. They're always skimpy on all toppings, put very little sauce, very little cheese. The pizza always comes out dry and rubbery. Not enjoyable at all. If this happened once, I'd let it go. But when it's happening so often, I'm sure this is a policy of this store to go cheap on everything. They are not up to Domino's standards.

Worst made Pizza..and service. Nobody answering the call at store; waiting for last 15 mins for somebody to answer the call and look at the pizza..it is so poorly baked…what is the point of selecting well baked option in the app when you guys cant do the job properly….

Excellent service from Financial Drive location. They seem to care about the food that comes out of their pizza kitchen and it shows. Not always the case in this competitive price category and area of this location
