Second year using this location for my tax return and the experience was great from start to finish. Reception was very friendly and assisted me as soon as I walked in. The drop off process was quick and easy and my tax expert completed my taxes in a timely manner despite how busy she was. Highly recommend this location!

The employees here are nothing but amazing! I have been to a few locations but this is by far my favorite! Thanks you are great! Everything is set up for covid protocols, sanitizer and individual desks for paperwork (including sterilization of the pens). Any issues or questions they contact you immediately to figure everything out. Great experience and recommended to all who need taxes done.

Good morning,Yesterday I had one of the most unpleasant phone call with one of your employee Joy Pitcher, and I had to bring it up to someone's attention.She was the tax expert assign to me for this year filling.I filed my taxes, online, on April 8th. Yesterday was April 24th and I still have not heard any words from anybody in regards to my taxes. I decided to pick up the phone and call to inquire.Mme Pitcher picked up the phone and right away would not let me place a word to explain my situation. Instead, she started giving me all the reasons why she has not even had a look at my profile, telling me she was swamped" and had an other "300 emails to go through". Long story short
