please NOT USE this company.Charged $149.00 for a auger belt, belt form Amazon or even Wallmart is around $30.00phoned to inquire why, replied you agreed, no adjustment in cost.Belt broken, contacted said not responsibleagain wants to charge $149 for the beltno warrantee on work done, said was slush and ice that caused this, which was only snow.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

I give this service a zero rating. Mechanic was one of the worst person's I have encounter in my entire life. He was utterly rude and intimidating. He did not fix my snow blower and took the money. Refused to answer any questions. We trust people and ask them to provide services but here is a true example of not seeking services without knowing people.

Kerry fixed my John Deer lawn mower and previously my snow blower. He was fast, honest and kind!

This guy seemed friendly enough when he showed up at my house. Then he spilled oil all over the driveway. After taking things apart, he told me I needed a new belt and the blade needed to be sharpened and that his office would let me know how much it would be. Now that he's gone, my tractor only runs on one speed...very slow. The speeds were running totally fine before he touched it. He is not taking any responsibity for it now. But said he can come check it out but wants a credit card first. Absolutely not! I would not recommend this guy if he was the last man on earth.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. The repair was not cheap and lawnmower only worked twice. They promised a 6 month warranty and did not honour this warranty. I was blamed for the lawnmower not working and they demanded more money to get it going again. The mechanic was not friendly. Never again.

VERY PUNCTUAL. However, he did NOT verify the correct address at booking, followup call ( that took 2 weeks get back) and at the time of the pre-visit text contact. He txted 10min prior to arrival. When I call him at 5 min prior to the appt window (2 hrs) to verify his location, he refused to wait the 5min for me to arrive with the lawnmower at the incorrect address" that was actually around the block. The fact that he was asked to wait 5 min. (the actual appointment time) was untenable for him due the the principle of the situation. After an agitated row

I called on Friday for their mobile snowblower service and by Sunday, my Toro snowblower was fixed. Totally professional service all the way. From booking over the phone to the service technician who arrived at my door - would definitely recommend.As a single woman, I am extremely cautious about who comes to my home - and I made the right decision to trust this service.They booked the appointment for Sunday between 9:30 - 11 am, and when they realized they would be late, I received a prompt call to let me know. And then when I couldn't start it after the technician left, I called him for help. Excellent communication and very helpful. 5 stars all around!

Came out on time and determined that the gas was old and bad. He drained the tank and put in fresh gas and it seemed to be ok. I immediately bought fresh gas at PetroCanada. A week later we tried to use it and the same issue happens. It starts but won't continue running. Since they gave me a warranty I reached out but it took a very long time to come back, and then the same mechanic says its bad gas again and wants to charge me again to fix it. I explained that the gas was just purchased but it didn't change his mind, and I wasn't going to pay twice so he left and my mower still won't run.

This guy is good but he is not doing the repair of lawn mover tractor, for which I called but even he tried to guide me in this regards.

Do NOT recommend at all. Apparently the owner" was the service tech who came to our house and was rude even before he was fully out of his truck. The lady who booked our service call didn't get the details straight so the service tech was not prepared. Instead of saying "I apologize for the mix up but we'll get this sorted & re-schedule your appointment"
