My air conditioner needed an urgent repairing and servicing and I hired Hayes Heating Services. They are really good air conditioner contractor. They did the servicing of my air conditioner so good. One of my friends needed gas furnace repairing so I recommended Hayes Heating to her. She also said that their service is very satisfying.

I have been lucky enough to have Hayes Heating look after my furnace and maintenace for many years. Mike and his team have always come through for me and always the service is above and beyond what a business needs to do .. I have never had to wait or been put off and always been looked after as if i was number one on their list of customers. Which is how I know he treats everyone.. Mike is very genuine, professional, and accommodating. His team worked hard to install our heat pump system, and were very respectful. Highly recommend Hayes Heating.

We were quoted a price, I then called to confirm measurements and Mike said “I wouldn’t be good at my job if I measured wrong!” When they returned for the install he said that the unit wouldn’t fit as his measurements were wrong, tried to change the agreement, and was angered when I suggested a contract to protect both parties. He said he would have to think of another option that would work and left. After two weeks I contacted Mike, who said he “meant” to contact me but was busy. He said the job was too hard for him and his guys didn’t want to do it either. His decision was made after our initial handshake agreement which he touted as “enough” when I brought forth a contract.Even though our family had to have our day be arranged around the visits twice I would have been fine if on the last visit he would have told us he made a mistake and it wouldn’t work…but instead I had to contact him weeks later by text. He said I probably wouldn’t find anyone to do the job but said he was sorry I felt upset..We are now going with a much more professional company for close to the same price (VERY slightly more) but worth the sound of mind contract and warranty.This is not bashing it is the factual events, and reviews are to help others make an informed decision.

Awesome company..Mike showed up very quickly to generate a quote and options for our AC unit ....then we added a great furnace as well (some other companies were going to be a month for quote). Mike started work within 2 weeks like he promised. Mike and his team worked very well ...like a well oiled machine.Cleaned up .....and we have AC just in time for this hot weather.Forgot to add....most quiet unit I have come across** Forget the rest ....when you can settle for the best - Hayes Heating, Ventilation & ACThanks again MIke!!
