I have going here for years today had a appointment and was 10 late and was told to rebook my appointment that the girl was busy and she had a 1030 appointment and lady was 15 minutes late and was greet with a smile and served I was not happy about this looking for a new place to spent my money

Perfect I have sleep apnea they helped me up and down the machines are great The Masks are decent depending on what you need I recommended for every and anybody who has an issue with their sleep

Front office reception staff very rude! They speak to you in a very condescending tone when doing transactions. They attempt to embarrass you when your paper work is not filled out to their satisfaction in front of customers. CPAP buyers beware!

If you're looking for a CPAP or supplies this is the place to go. Knowledgeable staff and the latest equipment.

**BEWARE 75-100% more expensive than other sellers and ALL SALES FINAL FOR CPAP & cpap supplies** Cpap mask was sold to me for 350$ , found the exact same one for 205$. Air filters (hypoallergenic) sold for 12.50$ each piece (NOT PER BOX) sold for $2.50 on multiple stores. It seems buying online is the best way. Sunlife and many other insurance companies will be okay with amazon and other online sellers. $250 company fee as well. Save yourself a lot of money and buy online or elsewhere. If you feel absolutely lost and need guidance and your insurance will cover ALL of it anyway (unlikely) then proceed with caution if you go with Advacare. Ask if you need this and that and double check pricing before you pay. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. Thanks

Knowledgeable staff. Good follow up on month test. BUT business works out of cramped offices, no showroom of products, and inventory in stacked boxes everywhere.

The staff at the ADVACARE Brampton location are very pleasant and helpful. It is run very professionally. Kelly spent a long time with me with my original purchase February 2019 and was very patient with me asking all of my questions. Christine is also very calm and helpful at the front reception desk. The only improvement I would suggest is to move to a much bigger office, if at all possible. There's not alot of room for customers to sit in that area, especially if customers have walkers that take up alot of room there.

Very pleasant experience with all staff. Christine is a true professional - very helpful and patient. Umbreen made the entire experience so comfortable. I can tell that Umbreen genuinely concerned about my health and success using my new apparatus; she is encouraging, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic to new users
