Fantastic experience with Richmond Hill Subaru and salesman Michael February. When I arrived to pick up my 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness, every think went very well signing the documents and such. Michael went through all of the features of the vehicle, and had a great sense of humour while doing so! Thanks for all of your assistance getting me into this hard to find vehicle at the moment!

I am a first-time car buyer with no expertise or knowledge of cars. However, I consider myself really fortunate to have met a pleasant and conscientious seller. Stephen let me test drive the Mazda CX5, and in the meantime, he briefed me about the car's strengths as well as its flaws so that I could get the greatest picture of it. Finally, thanks to Stephen, I was able to select my first car. I hope that if I ever need to replace my car, I will return to the Subaru store and see Stephen again.

It's our first experience to buy a new car in Canada and with referral from my friend we choose Subaru Outback, and after few days after we got the car we definitely think we made the right choice! And also we met a very professional and helpful car expert Alex Kam, he can speak fluent Cantonese and English which made our communication more smooth. Most importantly, he can gave us detail explanation on every steps during the whole buying procedures, and he is efficient and can reply to us quickly all the time. The most impressive was his knowledge and understanding of the car, and can explain to us clearly the functions and maximize the use of it. I was moving from Vancouver to Toronto and had contacted at least a dozen Subaru Dealerships near Toronto and the Niagara region and Richmond Hill had the best lead times and inventory. They were able to get me a car in less than a month.. but that's not all.I can't say enough about how fantastic Mo was at this dealership. He genuinely cared to make the car search easy for me. He helped guide me through every aspect of locking in a car to helping me with my license change from BC to ON. He worked hard to get me the best price , the best value and the best services. Having met him, you will notice how genuine and caring he is for his customers.There were times when I was stressed with the purchase and Mo was never pushy but always patient and took the time to understand what I wanted from a car. Last but not the least , I've never had someone take so much time to show me the different features of the car after the purchase. THANK YOU SO MUCH MO and stay in touch.He also helped me with connecting me with an insurance agent to get me the best prices in town with a reliable service provider, all of which he didn't have to but did so as he cares. I honestly will never find someone as good as him with a dealership professional.

Purchased my first Subaru here. The sales rep Stephen Osei-Kofi was very helpful and made the process easy. The price they listed was very reasonable as I also went to several other Subaru dealerships in Toronto. All positive experiences. Will recommend this dealership to friends.

Done a recall service at RH Subaru. The advisor Terrell was very nice and always wearing a smiling face. Job completed promptly without any problem. They also gave me a complimentary car wash! Great and happy experience. Highly recommend Subaru owner to try this dealer's service.

My father and I just purchased a vehicle from Richmond Hill Subaru and worked with Mr. Michael February.Michael was on time, professional, efficient and couldn't of been more pleasant. He knows the vehicles like the back of his hand, very knowledgeable. On top of that, he's got a great sense of humor and he is very good natured. I don't particularly enjoy the process of car shopping, but Michael's top priority was making sure I was comfortable. He is very patient ; never once did I feel rushed or pushed in any direction.If you are in the market for a Subaru, hit up the Richmond Hill dealership - everyone was very welcoming and happy to help. Mr. February is the best - I have waited for my new car with anticipation for months, Michael was just incredible to deal with. Funny, awesome and just a pleasure to be around. Steve the GM was great as well, both he and Michael came out to my work to price and test drive my trade-in which was super convenient - very personable, but I’m holding you to a ride in your car! Michelle in finance was also amazing, friendly and knowledgeable and made the purchase seamless. Thank you both for being kind while I was dealing with my personal trauma of letting my old car go. Only glitch came from the manager negotiating a deal for the trade in, but I’m not going to lower Michael and Michelle’s score because of someone else’s d**k move. Overall an incredible experience. Richmond Hill Subaru is lucky to have you guys! Highly recommend purchasing a car here from Michael!
