Could not be happier with the service Mark & Wayne provided for my sick lawnmower! They actually went above and beyond to the estimated repairs but kept the price the same. Quick pick up and delivery. I'd recommend M-1 Small Engine inc to anyone needing trustworthy & friendly service.

Took my lawnmower in for repair and they quoted a fair price, fixed far more than was expected, had it done before expected and called promptly to let me know it was ready. It runs great and I had a follow up call to ensure it was running good. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend them. I will definitely take my mower there for future maintenance and repairs!!

I initially contacted Mark by phone to make an appointment to drop of my lawn mower for a spring tune up etc. He claimed he was busy out in Wabamum, and asked if he could he call me back in 15 minutes? I waited, and waited... and I waited some more. It is now almost 24 hours later and I have not heard back from Mark. I thought I would go back online and check his Google reviews... Well, it is a good thing I read the Google reviews prior to dropping off my lawn mower. I will not be using this company moving forward. It seems to me that Mark is simply overloading himself, and cannot cope with the work load. I'm Out!

Don't take any equipment to this guy. He will demand money up front and won't fix anything. I had to chase him around for 2 weeks to get some of my deposit back. Ya that's right he kept my money even tho he didn't do a da@$ thing. I'm lucky my unit didn't get stolen from his shop that isn't gated or secure at all. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I brought my unit to this goof. I was sick to my stomach after reading reviews once I got home. Worst experience from any business I have ever dealt with. This guy should not be in business. Period.

I have take 3 snow blowers and a couple lawn mowers to Mark over the years and every time he has been able to fix them and suggest ways to improve the life of the machines. The last visit I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with him but he did fix my mower and delivered it to my house. I think he needs to work on the status of machines and keep customers up to date. It took longer than he promised but if I was kept in loop I would have appreciated it.

I recently had some work done on my lawnmower by M1. Mark and Susie gave great customer service and I would definitely recommend them! decent price and fair turn around time. Mark is Mr. Customer Service and was fun to joke around with. Susie's greatest attribute would probably be her ability to work so well with Mark as I'm sure his positive attitude would wear on the best of anyone. She is obviously Mark's right hand man" as she seemed to know where all the items where when Mark needed a tool or paper."

Mark was impeccably amazing with his service! He went out of his way to come meet me on the stat holiday to take a look at our lawn mower which wasn’t working. He took it to his store and fixed the problem with such a good price! Can’t beat the service and price He provided! Thank you Mark and m-1 small engine! Saved us buying a new lawn mower!

Mark picked my lawn mower up from my home in Sh. Park and brought it back to my home 4 days later repaired. My lawn mower works perfect. Rates and service were great....he went out of his way for me. I was a little hesitant paying the money upfront but Mark is true to his word. I would definitely call him first

Recently had my snowblower fixed by Mark, service was incredible and at a very competitive rate. Mark is very friendly, informative and committed to doing the job right, going to the extent of keeping the motor outside in the cold overnight to be sure it starts the next day. I really appreciate that he coordinated pick up and drop off around my busy schedule. Highly recommend M1's services.
