Bought a special flower arrangement for the wife's 65th Birthday. The arrangement was not quite as pictured on the web-page, but it was glorious none the less. Lasted 12 days, which for roses is great. I was going to buy through Teleflora, with their 15% coupon, but I was not sure this business would get the order, as opposed to the 2 other florists in Fort McMurray, so I ordered it through the website. Did not get any discount. Looked at the other florists offerings, but did not see anything I liked as much as the bouquet I ordered. This is the fourth time I ordered a flower arrangement from the Flower Studio in the past year and have been delighted with their work. Buying local and supporting local.

I created an order online for my girlfriend Janine, with a message written out calling her: Neen (short for Janine). This was enough for them to cancel the order, saying it's possibly fraudulent. The worst part though? They decided to call HER phone number (receivers #) to tell her the flower order was canceled, instead of the Senders phone number (me). Had the gal to say I could try ordering at another local shop, yeah, after you call her to let her know you canceled Flowers!? Great way to ruin a surprise! If ordering from them, make sure to call them, don't order Online, since their online ordering is subject to cancelation at personal whims.

Went in here with my husband to look for plants. Although they did not have any we found two beautiful cushions for the couch and done preserved eucalyptus for the dining table which she rearranged so mister could have the colours that he wanted. My husband is the decorator and he is very particular and was quite happy with his finds. The customer service, quality and price were all exceptional.

This is my spouses favorite place to shop for special little thoughtful gifts and flowers for me. I must say that I got a the most breath taking bouquet of roses, the most beautiful I've ever seen. The flowers last a long time and there's so much thought went into the feather and grasses and all the extras in the bouquet.I highly recommend this place for flowers and special thoughtful gifts. 5 stars service!
