After contacting the firm several months ahead of my moving date, I had to make several attempts to get them to come and take photos to do an online auction of items from my property which was to be vacated by the end of September. The online auction was repeatedly postponed for one industrial auction or another until the next date offered was after the property was to be vacated. At that point I expressed my displeasure and cancelled the service. It seems to me that this firm is moving out of the private home auction business. Very disappointed ☹️
