My experience with Martin and Marta has been stellar - I don't know what the guy below is talking about! From helping me choose the right door size, style and colour, through the professional installation at my house, to great service after 3 years, The Doors are amazing. I even ended up coming back to them for my patio door, vinyl windows and European-style aluminum HS sliders for my cottage. It's great to see a local company that truly cares about their clients - their doors are fit for a king!

I would like to start off with saying that dealing with Marta and Martin was a pleasure. They made buying windows and doors for my new custom built home a breeze. The product that they provided and customer service went above and beyond. If you are looking for European windows and doors look no further. Beautiful show room with lots of variety to choose from. Prices were great considering the quality of product. I went to 4 companies to find someone who would put in triple glazed sound proof windows. THE DOORS was the only company that managed to get the job done. !! My aluminium windows came from Europe within 10 weeks looking like new and scratch free. Once again thank you and your great installation crew.

Martin and his team did a great work at our house installing doors, amazing part is that on our request they installed door on a day with -15% temperature in winter with in 2 weeks time, which is great.They are very professional in work and response was quick, pricing was competitive, fair and transparent. I like that they are commitment to customer satisfaction and delivers on the promises made.Without hesitation, I recommend Martin and his team to all my friends and family!

I'm in the middle of a renovation and refresh at the house in preparation for a possible sale. My contractor who was supposed to provide a new front door, flaked on me, so I needed to find an alternate source. I heard about Martin at The Doors limited. I let him know that I needed something quickly and a reasonable price, (obviously as I'm right getting ready to move), but still of decent quality.Two weeks later I have beautiful fiberglass door with 3/4 pane frosted glass. The installer was very detail-oriented, making sure the door formed a nice tight seal, with no draft. The trim and the caulking are perfect. Not a single gap.Price was better than my contractor was proposing, and better than any steel door quote that I've had recently.Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience, from quote to delivery to install and the follow up after. Great job Martin.

Mix reviews with this company. The estimator (Andrew) is a great person: extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable and provides great info. Workers are also amazing particularly Wojtek - honest, genuine hard worker; very meticulous and care about the customer. The product itself is amazing - we are extremely happy with our doors and the installation.The only problem with this company is the owner (Marta). She has serious issues and has no clue how to communicate with customers. Maybe it's a language barrier, maybe it's something else, but she never understands communication, she makes up stories and is very confrontational, defensive and extremely disrespectful with customers. She put a very negative shade on the whole experience. Even her employees apologize for her behaviour. She should step back and let her people handle all communications with customers. We would had give 5 stars, but because of her we gave 4, we were even considering 3 stars because our experience with her was so bad and disturbing. If you decide to hire this company, limit your communication only with Andrew and the workers - trust me, you don't need the aggravation, the hostility and condescending arguments from this woman...

I just had my side door entrance to the house and side door entrance to the garage replaced with beautiful insulated fibreglass doors from The Doors Ltd. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had dealing with this type of situation. From the beginning I felt very comfortable talking to Marta at the Mississauga show room, she really understood what I was looking for and took the time to explain the different products available including styles, textures, colours and security locking systems. When the installers showed up to remove and install the new doors they were very professional, clean and accommodating. Everything was completed in one day and they look great!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Marta and her husband Martin at The Doors Ltd and I would highly recommend them, a top notch company with reliable service and reasonable prices!!!
