The technician charged $160 for a 10 minute careless inspection that worsened the state of our washer. They told us a piece was broken and needs a replacement. Two weeks later, the technician came without the equipment needed to replace the piece. They promised to call me back to re-schedule an appointment. Nothing. We called to make another appointment after fruitlessly waiting for G. Paquette, only for the technician to come and forget once again his tools. It’s been a month of back and forth since our first appointment. The absolute lack of care, efficiency, and overall professionalism is appalling.Update: A third technician came with the equipment and his tools; he gave us valuable advice that will save us a lot of money and trouble in the future. The quality of customer service here varies across different employees; there’s no guarantee that you will get kind, professional ones that seem to be the minority here.TL;DR: The company doesn’t care; its employees rarely do.

Paid 160$ for a technician to come look 1 min at my fridge and tell me the repair was simple and would need a cheap replacement piece, totalling an additionnal 130$. Two weeks later another technician comes with the piece and realizes they ordered the wrong piece. Two weeks after that, I get a call saying the piece and reparation will cost more than 400$, so I gave up on them. Complete waste of 160$ and a month waiting for my fridge to be repaired.

The technicians that came to see my dryer were very nice. That's what the one star is for. I also had no choice but to deal with this company as that's the one Electrolux and Rona deal with.I initially called in late august about a flap that was broken in my dryer. I told them exactly what was wrong with it and one month later when somebody finally came to see it, he thought my machine was overheating (that's what was written in his report). So I had to explain once again that I only needed a flap to be changed. The technician told me he will make the order and somebody will call me at some point. A month later, another technician comes to repair my dryer but when he opens the box he realizes it's the wrong part. So once again he tells me he will make the order for the part and somebody will call me. A few weeks later, I get a call for a third appointment. It's now November 1st and I only have an appointment for mid-december. I really hope the right part was ordered this time. I even reconfirmed on the phone. All this to say, all this time could have been saved if they had ordered the right part the first time I called them in late August. Maybe that's why it takes forever to get an appointment, they keep messing up their orders.

Incompetent at best. This company is a scam. The warranty is paying for the damage - why not send a repairman 6 times without ever fixing the problem. … fixing an ice maker can’t be rocket science for them.

To have a non existent clientele service is to have a very bad service. When you order a part from them, they don't give you a confirmation number, neither an email to confirm anything, just a phone call asking for your credit card number for the order amount saying that they will ship your part within a week. A month later, you don't receive your part and you don't even know whom to contact or to whom address your grievance. Run away from this company, their service is borderline being dishonest.

The absolute worst service EVER!I contacted Ateliers G. Paquette in July in order to replace a broken glass top on my stove. A month later the service technician arrived and proceeded to change the top. When he reassembled everything, which included a fair bit of wiring, there was a loud bang. He took apart his work and realized that he had miss-wired once of the burners. He took full responsibility and said that the company would replace it. I waited a week to hear from the company, but I received no news so I called them. They acted like they knew nothing, until finally the person at the other end said oh yes we need to order a new burner

I had a very BAD experience with this company!!! Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. AVOID them!. My dishwasher drain hose had to be replaced. It took almost 2 month to get it done. I had to wrap the drain house by tape and keep checking it for water leakage every time I run the dishwasher. The technician just called me 15 mins before he arrived. Normally you should call your costumer at least a day before the appointment as a reminder. I guess they do this intentionally to cancel the appointments. My dishwasher was in the period of extended warranty. I bough this warranty from Leon's for $200. AVOID buying such warranty. Repair will take a long time to be done and it the end it may not be correctly done. The client service lady was very rude. The technician did not have the tools required to do the job so it took much longer than expected to do a simple replacement job. It took him half an hour to fasten the side wall screws because he did not have a magnetic screw driver. The technician could not put back my dishwasher to its original position by saying that I can do it better than that, call the company if you are not satisfied. My kitchen floor was messed up but the technician did not clean his mess before leaving. I regret using the services of this company. It was such a waste of time and money and I am not sure if the job was done properly.

I wish I have read the reviews before. VERY VERY bad service. Staff not friendly and aggressive , still waiting for a diagnostic report since two weeks ! I see the owner is responding to all the negative comments with same answer; we're sorry to hear that lol dude do something about your company!!

Different technician came to repair my brand new range oven, not one of them says the same thing, oh now the many parts that they've replaced are made like that, and after that he says i bought an entree de gamme oven ,i trow the guy out of my house

I called the main line to get my fridge repaired. It's been out of service for 2 days. Since fridges are important, you would think it would have a sense of emergency. The phone operator was rude(no morning coffee?). Since they couldn't give me an appointment in less than a week, I politely told her that I can't retain their services. And she hung up on me!?!
