One of their technician worked on my fridge recently. The light in the fridge was not working.The technician came to check on Sep 14 and charged $105 for the service call .He said a part was needed to be replaced. The total cost with part and labour was $288. On Sep 30. the part was installed. I noticed that the fridge was not cooling properly after the light was replaced . I called the next day and was told that it might need to be recalibrated and they will discuss with the technician and get back to me.. I waited but no one called so I called again , they said that everything was done properly and if the technician comes back I will be charged for service call again . The light only worked for a couple of weeks and the fridge was also not cooling properly. I called again to inform that the light that was replaced a few weeks ago has stopped working. I was again told that someone will call me , this conversation was on Friday Oct 21 and still nobody has called. I was forced to purchase a new unit.I am very disappointed with their service and unprofessional attitude.Thanks

Had a great experience with electra fix. They repaired my dishwasher. Now its working perfectly.
