I changed my tires on Thursday, May 25. Your employees did not tighten the bolts well and I lost one on the way the next day. Therefore, I am not satisfied with your service. Your company claims you guarantee your service, but your guys didn’t double check their work. I hope it won’t happen in the future. I believe customers’ safety is one of your priorities.On Friday I came back to the service and they double checked again and provided the spare bolt.

Took my car her back in October and I've had nothing but problems after. My tires were not sealed properly and I kept getting flats. I've had to replace one tire and now a rim. I wouldn't recommend.I was told to bring my car back and I brought the rim. Your employer didn't stand good on his word saying they could repair it. Waste of time and waste of money.

Friendly but incompetent in scheduling. Went Friday to see if they could look at my tire as I found a screw in it. They said they had no time on Friday, but could on Monday, so I had made an appointment for Monday. When I returned home and called them 45 minutes later to get an earlier appointment, nothing was on the books.I had scheduled an earlier appointment on that call, and when receiving the reminder text today for the appointment tomorrow, it was scheduled for the wrong time.Highly dissapointing.

Overall experience with this place was okay. The staff at the front are nice, is very friendly, however, they had not filled my vehicle with adequate tire pressure. Considering I have nitrogen tires, I’d prefer they had filled them up or let me know they don’t have this capability. My tires had to be filled manually by myself later on in the day.Would give it a 2.5 stars but it wasn’t an option.

I ended up going here when my tire busted while in the city last week.I was pretty stressed out but thankfully Edgar was who I dealt with he was so kind and talked me through what happened to the tire and what my options were.He was very personable and patiently answered all my questions. It made what could of been a pretty terrible experience into just a life happens" kind of moment.If for any reason I need these kind of services again when I am in the city I will 1000% be going back here.Thank you Edgar and all the staff!!!!"
