Shifty. They have been fined for their crooked activity.. they damaged my car and said I paid an saaq investigation officer off to give me a safty... complete ignorance of the rules

We send vehicles to this location for safety inspection several times in a month. Myself and my fellow coworkers have concluded the staff working at this location is extremely rude and disrespectful.We unfortunately are not able to understand and interpret the report because it is written in French and when we ask kindly if they can write down any issues in English so that we can take it too our mechanic, we are brushed off with unpleasant comments.Today one of the older gentlemen threw the keys back at on of our colleagues. Not very professional.It’s really unfortunate that my 1 Star review reflects the general attitude of all the staff at this location and hope the owner or management gets this under control.

Went in there today to do a safety for a customer, Very unprofessional and rude people at the front desk. Every time i go in there its a terrible experience, They should realize they are an essential service and treat people right. reminds me of a towing company impound yard type mentality. not a good experience and never is. Most likely because i am English and didn't speak to them in French even though my main language is French. one of the many problems here on the Quebec side unfortunately, Time wasters and the only time that matters is theirs, typical Quebec mannerism

Best place for safety inspection, ok they came up with quite a list when I brought in my vehicle but after I fixed everything on it, I end up with a fairly decent and recent vehicle that is safe to drive. I saved a lot of money compare with buying one that didn't need a safety but I am happy with the result.That's what count for me.Thanks to the staff at the SAAQ inspection center for their good and honest work.I am very please.
